We recently added 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expanded the kitchen and living space, and added a front porch in our house to accommodate our growing family. Huge project. George from Precision was the perfect guide through this journey! Of everyone we spoke with while we were gathering estimates, George was the ONLY one to take the time and draw up a better use of our available space. He was vested in our vision and we were sold.George and his team were prompt, professional, courteous, and clean. The quality of the work was outstanding at every level. George was always available to take our call and every question and concern we had, he handled with courtesy and respect. Our latest project was a kitchen remodel. This was the third time we had Precision do work for us and we will use them again when the time comes. The work they did earlier included a complete roof replacement, eave extension and exterior upgrade including new windows. We couldn't be happier with these projects and the way our kitchen turned out. George is there from project concept through the completion of the last details and is very responsive to texts and phone messages. We just finished a 1,900 sq ft addition with Precision. I’ve been in the remodeling industry for over 20 years and after weighing all of my options I decided to go with George based on his knowledge, skills and integrity. This wasn’t a simple addition. We live in a contemporary house and it was at the top of my list to make this addition appear as though it had always been there. To make things more challenging, we had to move every major utility service including solar panels and put up temp services through the process. We are on a private lot so this is no small task. We didn’t go a day without utilities and we never had to sleep at a second location. George managed to execute everything on a schedule and did a great job of continually setting the expectations of each phase as they came along. The job site was well managed and always clean. George was a pleasure to work with the entire time. I can say that he certainly cares about his clients and building their dreams. It’s not just about the money or completing another project. After being in the industry for my entire life this was very refreshing and comforting for me and our family. If you are taking on a large project I highly recommend Precision. We get compliments on our new build all of the time and our family loves the space. George and his team recently completed a guest bathroom remodel in our Twin Oaks home. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and George and his team were great to work with over the course of the project. George was quick to respond to my inquiry, made and kept every appointment, answered all of my numerous questions, presented a thorough overview of the contract with clear line items, and helped with the selection of the bathroom materials - including meeting me at the flooring center to help select the tile! Like always, working with George was seamless, and the finished product was amazing.This is only one of many home remodeling projects George has done for us in two different homes.The projects include a kitchen, bathroom, and basement. We had our roof replaced on 7/8/2020. The entire process was easy, stress-free, and transparent. George met with us to go over the roofing proposal in detail. His presentation and written proposal answered all the questions I had about the construction process.On the day of construction, George was onsite to ensure that everything ran smoothly (and it ran exactly on the timetable George said it would). He called me out a few times to see the progress AND explain exactly what was happening. This was especially helpful when it came to the underlaying, given that Precision Homes does this in a different and better way than other companies.The construction team was efficient and went out of their way to care for our property. Roofing is messy, but they cleaned up everything. I have not found a single stray nail, shingle, or packaging anywhere on the property.If you're looking for a company that goes well above and beyond the standard, call Precision Homes. Precision Remodeling Solutions, Contractor George Hyjurick, took a mess of a "fixer upper" I bought and turned it into a beautiful home with all of the bells and whistles of a new house, including opening up the floor plan, removing walls and an old furnace, adding completely new heating and air conditioning systems, updating the electrical system, adding a bright modern kitchen with an island, expanding a powder room into a full bath and created a new laundry/storage area. George is punctual, on budget, very knowledgeable, and he offered ways to resolve a few remodeling challenges that cropped up. We had Precision Remodeling Solutions do work on our bathroom in March.They did a Wonderful job! They removed our old tub and replaced it with a beautiful shower, wall tile and shower doors. They replaced our old vinyl floor with a ceramic tile that looks like wood. They used quality materials! George the owner was involved every step of the way. He came out and discussed what we wanted, our estimate was received very quickly. He came out every day to check on the job. He stayed in touch with us if we were not home at the time he came, he truly wanted us to be happy with the job. Joe and Joe who did the work were amazing. They were so careful with our home, covered everything to protect it, their work was impeccable and you could tell they cared about the job they were doing and wanted us to be satisfied with the work. Precision (and George Hyjurick, specifically) exceeded our expectations at every turn.We contacted them, among other potential businesses, to repair a leaky roof. George prepared thorough price quotes quickly to go over our options. In the end, we chose a full roof replacement over a partial repair/patch and we are glad we did. Precision was very competitive economically but their personal service was what truly sold us.George spent time in the evening with us reviewing our options for shingle style, happily delivering samples well after business hours. He was on site for the whole repair. He knocked on the door to tell us the best time to bring our young children (4/2/1) out to see the crane delivering shingles directly to the roof. I highly recommend Precision Remodeling Solutions! We bought my parents home after my dad passed away. We were rebuilding so my mom could live with us. It was a total rebuild with only one wall and staircase staying. The project started in November and even through the winter, they kept the project on schedule and we were even able to move in a week early in February. They kept me on budget, offered amazing advice, professional. They also were like a counselor with my mom who was grieving and going through this major change. I have had a leaking roof far too long & several people out to do repairs but problems with leaks continued.I saw a beautiful new roof on a real estate ofc. In Levittown & I called their ofc., got George & went from there. I called 5 total for estimates. He was able to do it 2 wks. after contacting him, started at 7:45 am & Finished before 4 pm. Very satisfied with the results of the work., clean up by the crew & cost was less than I anticipated. My wife and I along with our architect designed a large addition off the back of our home. We hired Precision Remodeling Solutions for the job. They gave us a spectacular addition which added over 500 s.f.of added living space, which included a second staircase to another level, heating and cooling, oversized windows.
