Would have given zero stars. Very unprofessional!!! Contacted Bill Allen construction back in August. I needed a new subfloor for a bedroom. Set up a time to come and look at the project for 3:00 in August. Got off work early, but no one showed up. Call at 3:30 and he said he will be there at 4:00. He said he was busy and probably won't be able to do the job until late October early November. Waited a month and never received an estimate or a call to schedule a time to do the work. I called and he told me that my estimate was in another book. He told me to send a text with my phone number and email to his phone. I did that and waited 2 weeks. Call and left a message and explained everything above. Never received a call. This is why they are very unprofessional!!!
