cameron showed up promptly and worked effectively. there was a minor discrepancy in the quoted price for the garage door opener replacement, with the initial estimate being $575, but the final quote coming in slightly higher at $699. this seems to have been a small miscommunication in pricing. nevertheless, cameron did a remarkable job in a very short time frame. he was superb at clarifying things. overall, the project in mckeesport was a tremendous success.

We needed a garage door repair and based on the high reviews went with this company. The tech came next day in his minivan, and because we needed the repair quickly we did not do any research on cost of replacement parts. Turns out we were overcharged by more than half for both labor and parts. The tech did not provide paperwork, receipt or any type of guarantee on the work AND he did not reattach the safety cables!! My husband found them in our trash can and put them on himself. Asked for cash payment and then just left. I do not recommend this company. I sure hope our repair holds up…
