I recently had Keystone Basement Systems come out to waterproof my basement, and they did an excellent job. With all the rain we have been getting we started to get some water in our basement. Jason from Keystone Basement Systems came out and walked my wife and I through every step of the waterproofing process. He was very personable, listened to our concerns, gave us his honest recommendations, and made us feel taken care of. Also, the information they send you before the site visit was SUPER helpful. I received two small books full of information on foundation repairs and waterproofing, and felt prepared when Jason came to evaluate our basement.Fast forward to yesterday and Rich, Tyler, and Zay did a phenomenal job with our basement - it looks like a brand new space. These guys really know what they're doing! Our basement had become a major source of stress and now I feel a huge wave of relief knowing it will stay dry. I highly recommend Keystone Basement Systems!

I had Keystone come out to help with a leak and attach a drain to my sump pump. This was to be an "easy job". Got the quote. The tech came out, SAW where the water came in the house and is marked on the street. With in 10 min of him digging up, he punctured our main water with his jackhammer. Said cant do anything until this was repaired and left while my water is spewing out. THOUSANDS of dollars later after I had to get a third party to repair our main water pipe. My 'rep' was fired apparently, and said nothing could be done after getting with management because they have a line stating if they compromise the plumbing that is on the customer. They didn't get back to me for weeks. Couldn't schedule to get this repaired. Called and left many message, but they would not help with the repair. In my opinion this was total incompetence of the person doing the job since they knew where the pipe came in and was on the street. I STILL had to pay them on top of what I already paid for the repair to have them finish the job.VERY DISAPPOINTING on how I was treated, the turn around, and overall experience especially with management. It threw my whole financials upside down.

We had our 1 year system warranty check today. Mario was our service tech. He was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and friendly. He took time to now only check over our system but also answer concerns and explain things to us. He also made adjustments to our system to help extend the life of the electronics of our sump system. Very pleased with our waterproof installation from last year, and the maintenance service today. Thank you!

Chris Bailey is the best ever!! He was such a nice person and very knowledgeable about basements, their products, and the repair process. I think he is exactly what a salesperson should be, but if sales doesn’t work out for him, he’d be a perfect dog sitter. My dog loved him, too and was sad to see his new friend go! Jason Sims was an absolute delight to work with. I called Keystone after my basement took in water due to heavy rains. Jason immediately looked at the outside and inside of the house and provided honest and reasonable solutions. He made sure I understood what was happening and how Keystone could solve the issues. Experience with this company was great. There were out for a quote within 48 hours. I was told install would be a month out but they called after like a week and a half and had an opening. The work Crew was great they were on time and left the place clean. Work took 2 half days to complete. The crew was professional even with all the questions I asked and took time to explain it all to me. Office staff was also pleasant and helpful when calling the office for scheduling etc. Price is what it is but was in line with other quotes from certified businesses and not individual contractors. Keystone installed a water mitigation system for me in 2022 and were communicative and professional the whole way through. This year we noticed a problem with the instillation, in admittedly a tricky part for the first crew to reach, and in less than 24 hours, Keystone sent a technician out to look at the issue, and he was able to make the repair right there, fix the issue, and have the basement looking good as new once more. Additionally the rest of the system was looked over and we made sure the other elements such as the dehumidifier that was originally installed (having that has been a life saver for the preciously very humid basement!) were still functioning as intended. Very happy with Keystone for all of their help saving the basement and how they stand by their work!

Jason and Cheyanne have been absolutely incredible to work with. For his part, Jason has bent over backwards to educate us about what’s going on with our home (gutters, downspouts, basement and garage issues, etc), and have even made excellent technician recommendations for issues he doesn’t directly cover. Never once have I felt pushed to purchase services and instead feel I’m set up to make educated and autonomous decisions about my home. Cheyanne is great on the phone, very clear about processes for scheduling, and willing to follow up with us for items we’ll be handling later in the year. She’s kind and considerate and professional. Truly, I’ve been blown away by the caliber of service and feel comfortable recommending them at five stars!

While remodeling my basement, we removed a finished wall on our foundation side. Behind it we saw some cracks and bowing. I got Cody’s information based on a suggestion from my real estate agent. He was able to come inspect it two days later. He spent 3 hours at my place going over the severity of the wall and different options. We opted to have steel support beams installed. Today was the day of the install. Shawn and Tad installed the support beams for my foundation wall. They were in and out in a few hours and left everything neat and tidy. Forking over the money on something unexpected like this is never fun, but I feel comfortable with the work and support provided.

I suspected when I got the large, shiny folder in the mail beforehand that the estimate to correct my basement wall dampness would be high and was I ever right.Eventually found a small local contractor without a slick sales pitch; just an honest business that evaluated my wall, laid out options without a laser level, laptop and portable printer. My wall repair was less than half what Keystone quoted, looks great, and is dry so far.

I had basement waterproofing and exterior drain repair done in early December. Chris did a great job of explaining the process and options available and worked hard to get me the best price. The installation crew of Juan, Scott, Parker, and Matt were professional, courteous, and extremely punctual - Juan was even nice enough to give me a wake up call on the second day of the installation! They were also very helpful in moving some heavy objects that I couldn’t move myself. Fortunately the new system hasn’t been tested by heavy rains yet, but so far everything looks great. Would recommend Keystone to anyone looking to make their basement a more livable space.

We were recently doing some cleaning in our (finished) basement and had the horrifying discovery of mold and water damage behind a couch. After doing some research, we decided to give Keystone Basement Systems a shot and had them give us a quote on fixing it.The salesman who came out, Chris Bailey, was very helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a quote on fixing the leak that was much cheaper than what we dreaded.They were able to schedule the job not too far out, and the foreman James was awesome. He and his crew were also incredibly friendly, took time doing everything correctly, and also answered all our questions. They even worked late to make sure things all got finished properly. The job was started and finished all in one day.We are very happy with the work done, and it is a huge relief that we don't have to worry about the leak anymore. I would highly recommend Keystone if you have any basement leak problems.

I had a great experience with Keystone. Scheduling the inspection was very quick and they did a good job gathering as much information as possible before visiting. The inspector, Kelly B., was very communicative and was able to offer the best solution for the water problems in my basement. We decided to go with a French drain. The installation was quick, it took a couple of days, and the supervisor Tony was very knowledgeable and made sure to solve any hiccups during the installation. I am really happy with the whole process and so far everything is working perfect. I would totally recommend them!

I had work done a year and a half ago for leaning brick post on my porch. Brick post runs down into foundation on my house and was leaning away from house. Keystone came out put 2 piers down to the bedrock and told me wouldn't shift for 100 years. They also guaranteed their work for life. Paid $18000 in work done with them. The year and a half goes by and post has leaned another 2 inch away from house. So I made appointment with them to come out to look at it. Set appointment up a month in advance. The day before appointment they call and say "hey we are in the area we are gonna come out today." I'm not home I'm at work. So they tell me to take photos and send them in to see what they are working with. I send the photos. Don't here back from them so I call and can't get anyone to respond back. Manager will be in touch over and over. So I contact Aaron the owner of the company. Tells me the same thing " Manager will reach out" month goes by nothing back from a manager. It's the holidays so I figure I'll give them some time. So I call in January 15th after holidays. No one seems to even know of my situation. Finally get a manger josh to call me back the next day. Set up appointment says "someone will be out to look at it between 8am and 10am" no one comes out. Call back to let them know and says Josh will reach back out to you about this. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever received. At this point I'm thinking of contacting PA attorney General.

Chris Bailey from Keystone Basement Systems came to evaluate my foundation and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issues that were causing me concerns. He then took the time to explain the resolutions and options, while skipping over the information that I was already familiar with. I appreciated that no pressure to complete the sale was made.
