Hector and his crew recently replaced our roof and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. He actually got up on the roof to inspect and measure it before writing up the quote. His price was fair and reasonable. After the old roofs were torn off, it was discovered that the original contractor had used very thin plywood and we ended up having to replace it all but Hector was straight up and helped us out as much as he could. We have a fairly big roof but everything was completed in two days which is very impressive considering all of the plywood had to be torn off and replaced as well. He and his crew also cleaned up to the point that you couldn’t tell they had ever been there. I have yet to find a single nail. Hector is a good guy and very personable. We are so satisfied that we are planning on having him build us a deck this spring. When I need a new roof is 30 years I will call Hector.Services: Attic venting, Roof repair, Roof installation

I had an issue with general damage to my front porch. Within a couple of days, Hector was able to inspect both the initial issue, as well as the overall condition of the property. He was able to get me a great deal on both a repair of the damage, a new roof and gutters, as well as a wrap around the outdoor windows. From the initial consultations to completing the entire project was under two weeks total. They did a great job, and the house looks like new. Would highly recommend!

I use Monroys roofing exterior for a deck. The deck looks nice and it passed the county inspection. Price was good and quality was excellent. But what I liked the most was the communication and trust. If I had any question they where at any time available to answer my doubts and that is something that not everyone has, good customer service. I will definitely use them for other house projects in the future.
