Every phase of the job that was done for us was professional from the scheduling of appointments to clean up. Our job involved a leak around the chimney and we also needed a new chimney cover. Tim and Brendan were able to fabricate a new custom alluminum cover and were able to pinpoint the other issue. They ripped out all of the previous messy attempts and band-aids that had been applied. Tim and Brendan really know their business and we could not be happier with the end result. Bravo Summit Exteriors! You have some wonderful employees here.

Worked with Tyler and Gina and their team from Summit Exteriors on a full roof replacement (including skylights and gutters) on a property in Pennsylvania. Everyone involved were extremely polite, kind, professional. Tyler and his folks went out to the property to inspect, provide estimates, help advise with color decisions, etc. When it came time to do the work the guys made quick work of the roof in just a day and a half. Property was left extremely clean (with the exception of a stray nail here or there). As a follow-up, gutters were installed after a few more days. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work, professionalism and how easy it was to get along with and work with Tyler and his team. Thank you folks! I hope to get a chance to work with y'all in the future!

Called Summit Ext. to obtain quotes which were extremely reasonable in comparison with other quotes I had previously obtained. I received quotes with new guttering and without. Admin staff and the roofers were all very polite, courteous and professional at all times. They removed the old roof (2 layers), and installed the new roof and 2 skylights the same day. They had to come back a second day to finish off. Clean up was immaculate...I have yet to find a nail!. Thankyou to Tyler, Gina, Tim, Ivan, Angel and All the team there!!. Tyler and his crew did a great job on our roof. It was a tricky to find the right person, since the roof is flat in an geographic area where that’s uncommon. Some roofers in the area don’t work with flat roofs.We managed to get decent number of bids, and his was towards the lower end in cost. At the same time we got a lot of enthusiastic reports from friends and neighbors who'd worked with him. So it was easy to choose to go with him.He was very patient in answering a long list of questions before we signed on, and then worked with us on our somewhat pressured time schedule.And unlike a lot of crafts-people in the area, he consistently made a real effort to get back to us quickly on questions and concerns - both before and after the jobHis crew were friendly and fast, and when we recently had the house inspected were were told that the roof was solid and well done.We would definitely use him again - though hopefully not for abunch of years!Service: Roof installation

Called Summit Exteriors to give me an estimate on replacing our rubber roof and deck over our kitchen. They responded promptly and Tyler came out to look at the project. He was very nice and said he would give me a quote. That was a month ago! I have called 4 times and left messages each time, I sent 2 emails and personally texted Tyler. No one ever answers the phone. They never bothered to return any of my calls, emails or text! Extremely unprofessional! Why would you come out to someone’s home and tell them that you are going to give them a price and then never bother to respond to any form of communication for one month. They wasted my time waiting for a quote that was never going to come. Unprofessional and unresponsive, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Received a quote for my roof on 8/3/2022 and was told they could start in 3-4 weeks. Fast forward two months, and no response to multiple emails, no response to messages for a call back, and when I finally managed to get a Gina on the phone she told me on two separate occasions she would call back and never did. I had high hopes for this company he came out gave me an estimate said they were about 6 to 8 weeks out I said no problem we're now in August he came out I think in the end of May and I've called his office twice to get a quote and I have received no call backs no quote no response. I mean honestly just out of common courtesy call somebody back if you don't want their job and let them know at least.So now I'm back to square one calling other companies for quotes.
