Neill and Sons was referred to me along with 3 other roofers to get bids to replace my roof. I received a lower bid but there was something different about your company. Kevin Neill got back to me quickly with a good bid and sold me on 3 things: quality of the work to be performed, quality of the product to be used and they are my neighbors and will treat me as such. You have been as good as your word. The process was so easy. You all made me feel very comfortable with the process. Your crew showed up on time and kept me informed as to the progress throughout the day. I left at 7:30 for work this morning with my old roof and got home at 5:30 with my brand new roof. I have managed sales people for years and I have to let you know your people truly understand customer service. I was thanked by Kevin, Mark, Gavin and Zach. That means so much to me and I really appreciate it. Your process is excellent. I’m so thankful I decided to go with Neill and Sons. I already referred you all to a colleague at work. Neill and Son Roofing just installed a new roof on our home and we couldn't be happier. Kevin was very helpful and communicative and the price was reasonable. During installation, Zach and the crew were wonderful as well. Upon arrival they brought in a dumpster and tarped off the perimeter of the house. When my dogs needed out they cleared a pathway and ran a magnet to collect any possible nails, which I felt was above and beyond. Even though the temperature was only in the 30s (it was even snowing) the crew worked tirelessly getting our expansive roof completed in only a day and a half. They left without leaving a trace that they were ever there. If you are looking to get a new roof do not hesitate to use Neill and Son Roofing. You won't regret your decision!

From start to finish Neill and Son Roofing went above and beyond to make the process an easy one. We cannot say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. On installation day, Garin kept us informed of the steps and made sure any questions we had were answered. Cero and the crew were hard working & made sure our deck, plants and flowers were protected. We’ve had a great experience with Neill and Son Roofing. From the beginning receiving a quote from Kevin Neill, and hearing about all of the benefits, we knew who we would be choosing. On installation day Garyn made it a very positive experience. He even returned later in the evening after the project was done, so that both my husband and I could give our seals of approval. When meeting with him we had thought two pieces of flashing had been apart of our invoice, but we found out they weren’t. Garyn immediately took care of it and scheduled himself to come out in the following days to replace the pieces himself. We are very happy with the process, cleanup, and outcome!

I would use caution hiring this contractor. I first hired him to put a roof on. It turned out nice so I hired him to put up my 6 foot privacy fence. The crew he gave the job to didn’t install the fence right. He refused to take action on rectifying the situation before and even after legal action that I won. I had to have a new fence installed. Not one of the post holes were 2 feet deep. In fact one post hole was only 13 inches deep. There was hardly any cement in any of the holes. I guess that is why my fence moved back and forth. This is not a contractor that will take responsibility when the crew he hires to do the job botches it !

This was a home run for me from the start to the finish. The price was good but more importantly the quality was great. We were unsure on how big we wanted our deck and Kevin’s advice was sound and much appreciated. I wouldn’t use anyone else.They did such a good job on the deck we had them replace our siding and roof. It was a great experience from start to finish! They exceeded my expectations and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.A few years later, the wind had caused havoc with our siding, like a lot of our neighbors. We called, sent a few pictures, and before we knew it, they were here doing the repairs. No questions asked and seemed happy that they could help. The workers were friendly and polite. I happened to be working from home when they stopped yesterday, 3/28/2024, and before I knew it, the repairs were made, and no sign they were ever here except for the fixed siding. To me, this is the signs of a good company. They had already made their money a few years ago but still stand behind their work. I can’t say enough about these guys.Service: Roof installation

Updating my review as it's been almost a year.I recently noticed some workmanship issues that I asked to be addressed, namely how the drip edges are sealed/appear. I was told that they function and they'd know because they do it every day. I invested a good chunk of money into the roof and expected to be satisfied with form and function for the money.I did show the below pictures to other roofers who did say, they should work OK but it's lazy work. The consensus is that the corners should be wrapped tight.The job was quick and done in a day, but I'd have liked a closer eye to details for something that will be around for a few decades.Another roofer also asked why they didn't recommend adding soffit on the back of the house since it's installed on the front of the house, which would create better airflow. I didn't have an answer, there wasn't any guidance.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Can't say enough about Kevin and his team. Everything as promised and more. He actually shows up to meet with you in person to present his proposal instead of badgering calls, text and emails like his competitors. The workmanship of his guys was fantastic! I never saw one of them on their phones or sitting around not contributing. Great teamwork guys! Everything was clean and tidy when finished in 1 day. Not sure if it's just normal practice for them but I watched one of their guys walk around my house at least 25 times or more with a huge magnet to make sure they had every nail or piece of debris picked up. With having 2 kids under 4 and their toys all around the yard I felt they knew kids played there and went above and beyond to make sure it was clean and safe. First time I called a live person answered the phone after the first ring. very professional Kevin Neill came to my house at the time and day he promised and cleared me up on the difference between metal and shingle roof. I chose IKO dynasty shingle. John the foreman showed up with his crew on time. The crew worked with Coordination and precision like I never saw before.They were done the same day they showed up.when completed, the roof matched the color of the house bricks perfectly which made the house look even more beautiful. TLDR: Excellent service, product and experienceExcellent experience with a family owned and managed business from first contact to post installation.After trying to get in contact with several companies, Kevin answered the call on the first attempt. We were lucky in that he was able to come out the same day to offer an on-the-spoy estimate. He took the time to discuss what would need fixed on our home, products used, and the timeline to expect. The estimate came in very competitive. It was a professional and friendly experience with evrry interaction from the first call to the final payment.While we were still collecting estimates, his team reached out to keep in contact and offer to answer any additional questions.Once we signed the contract, we dealt with a family member for all communication. They came to the house for any interaction and not requiring us to go to them. The estimated timeline to get started was right on point. The job was estimated to take one day. Unfortunately they were not able to complete in one day, but came back (with permission) on the weekend to finish in only a couple of hours.Upon completion, the only way you knew they had been there was the beautiful roof that was installed and the little sign in the yard. No debri. No nails. No garbage. Every little thing was cleaned up.With some previous minor damage repair and extra time, they honored the signed estimate and did not require any additional payment for the minor extras.I will recommend Neill and Son Roofing to anyone and everyone who needs a new roof. Had a new metal roof installed. Owner is very responsive to the customer. The team was quick, efficient and so quiet. The roof was installed in less than a day. 5 stars is not enough for this company 10 out of 10 star review for this company and everyone that works for them. I’ll be upfront and honest I called 3 different companies for a estimate and NSR being 1 of them and there the only ones that returned my call and took the time to work with me. Kevin came out to give me an estimate and his presentation was absolutely amazing he put all my worries to rest about doing this job his words to me we are a “badass” company and yes they are badass. Eric and Joe handled all the communication perfectly they took the time to let me come to the shop to look at the colors and pick what I wanted. Everybody was so nice , polite, and professional. My roof was done on 7-14-23 and I was blown away by the workers they showed up on time, took care to protect my yard, cleaned everything up not one piece of the old roof was to be found in the yard.
