Our old porch had seen better days and was in need of a renovation. My wife and I decided on a 3-season room. We had quotes from several companies. Felser Constuction was the fairest price we received.Contstruction took about 6 weeks throughout the summer. Rick and his crew were very professional and friendly. They cleaned and straightened up the work site every day before leaving. Everything is built to code and no shortcuts were taken. We were very impressed with the quality of work that was being done.I highly recommend Felser Company for any outdoor renovation you have. We look forward to working with them in the future.

We contracted with Richard Felser company, met with Mitch a couple of times before finally solidifying the contract - pandemic slowed things down a bit but the final product is GORGEOUS. We couldn't be happier. The guys were professional, cleaned up and our 40 year old paint job just got an amazing face lift. We are happy to have a low maintenance product that looks amazing. We've had many compliments on the siding and would highly recommend Richard Felser company to anyone seeking to update their exterior.

Excellent company for roofing and siding. I do believe they do other projects but for me they've done my roof and my neighbor's roof and multiple siding, soffit and fascia jobs on my home. Extremely professional, they clean up every night when they're done, and they finished on time and went above and beyond

Worth the wait!We have a 1920s three story farmhouse that we are renovating; the inside is beautiful, but the fatigued siding was not doing the house justice. The full re-siding job done by Richard Felser completely transformed the house. The workers were very experienced, flexible, and would asked about details throughout the job to ensure that things were being done the way we pictured. We could not be happier with the result and I am confident that it added more in value than what we invested.The sales experience was great too. I received quotes from 3 different contractors, all will good Angie's List reviews. Richard Felser was very competitively priced, not quite the cheapest but reasonable, and I felt that they were the most straightforward and had the level of experience I was looking for. For example, a different contractor only pitched me the super premium material, whereas my rep from Richard Felser explained all of the options and key differences. One thing to note is that it took about 2 months for the job to start after I signed off. I was hoping to have it done sooner, but they assigned a specific crew based on the complexity of the project which took longer than initially expected, but that was a trade off I was willing to make based on the results. I am planning to hire these guys again for the roof in a couple of years.

Recently had a new basement door and a couple of windows replaced due to old age and cat damage. We had security devices on the doors. The security items were transferred and made operational immediately. All was done efficiently and with great care. My house was also well respected as the work was done, and on completion, all extraneous materials were removed. It was a very pleasant experience working with Richard Felser's Installer. Scott, can't thank you enough. You go above and beyond. Your craftsmanship and expertise is most obvious. This is probably our fourth or fifth job with you guys over 30+ years, from total window replacements for two homes including addition of two special bay window installs, plus siding, gutters, down spouts, soffit, facia, a new roof with ventilation.... and repairs after weather damage from a major storm. I'd give my business to you in a heartbeat for any further work required. Thanks for everything!

I love the windows I bought from Felser! Great install! I put them in a sun room which was pretty much unusable was like being outside, temp the same! That very afternoon noticed how the temp had changed, was much cooler than outside. They made an unusable space usuable and they are beautiful windows and easy to clean. I’m impressed with them! Extremely pleased. Work was done in a timely and professional manor. The contractor was very detail oriented. I had a roofing contractor who damaged some of the new siding that was put on and these guys are going to come and fix that contractors mistakes. I would recommend them to anyone who needs house work done. Could not be more pleased with their work.

We have a very old home with lots of projects. This year the roof jumped the list. Richard Felser gave is a fantastic price. Mitch the man who did outlet estimate was friendly, kind and understands families. We had another estimate done and they wanted us to sign sameday otherwise the price went up by 1000 dollars. Not Felser, we where not pressured the estimate was the estimate for like 90 days I think... when they found some bad wood and extra layers Mitch called me again minutes after the very nice Forman Billy told us about the wood. The company obviously works hard to keep customers at ease. The men doing our roof, showed up just before 9 and where on the roof within 15 minutes! They wasted No time! They where also super understanding with our dogs, massively respectful to my family (kids too) and to not only my property but also my neighbors! They where cleaning up immediately. I over heard one of the young men say "Billy said this must me cleaned before anyone leaves for lunch! Don't let the piles get to big." So 5 stars gentlemen! I hope you share this with your employees. They deserve a great big thank you!!

update! We have a review on here; its a few months post job and one shingle came loose after a storm. We called Mitch on a Friday and the guys were at our house tuesday making the repair. Reliable, strong customer service after purchase. YOU CANNOT beat that in this day and age....

One of the many joys of home ownership are home improvements & maintenance.My wife and I have hired The Richard Felser Co to replace windows, roof and deck at a home in Mt Washington. It's difficult to find a contractor in this area that you can rely on for price, quality and expectations. Each time we have used The Richard Felser Co they have performed the job to our satisfaction. They have arrived when scheduled, completed the project and cleaned up.In the world of home improvements, you have to sift thru the lackluster contractors in this area to find someone who you can rely on. Call the gang at Felser first to save yourself some time and money.

I had all new windows installed by this company, The installation was below average, all the windows ledges where the water runs out of the holes and then runs off the slanted siding...well it wasn't slanted, they were all pointing up, so every window ledge was collecting water. I also had 3 windows that leaked water, and almost every screen was bad. they also installed 2 windows in the wrong place. I also thought the office Lady was rude and hard to talk to...like I was bothering her! The crew did come back out to fix the install issues, but they never called to let me know when they would be coming back to replace the 3 leaking windows and all the screens. Can't wait to see what personality I get when I call next time.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. The office ladies were wonderful and worked around my crazy schedule. They came out and installed Windows in my newly purchased home. Almost all of the Windows were odd sizes so i was worried that they wouldn't fit when they Arrived. Everything was perfect though! They even cleaned up after themselves before leaving! 👍👍

Had 20 some windows installed by Felser Co 20 years ago. After all this time I had problems with several seals. They came out and without a problem relpaced the windows. Would highly recomend this company to anyone. Installer was right on time no waiting.

The installation of my windows went well. However, one of my windows has a problem. It leaks. They came out to fix it once but it still leaked. I called again and was treated rudely. First I had to make repeated calls. I explained that I have mold inside my window and the paint is peeling. Then I was told someone would come out and fix it, but that I would be charged. No one ever came. Then it leaked again. When I called, the lady who answered the phone sighed rudely and said she would have a technician contact me. No one ever did. I've since called and left three messages and no one has returned my phone call.
