Roller coaster experience. Excited at first. We signed the initial contract and then reconsidered. They worked with us in our hesitation and we stayed with them. We were also getting siding done along with Windows, which they no longer do. No problem we could use a different contractor for the siding. We weren’t contacted promptly for the measurement appointment, which was blamed on our hesitation at contract signing. I called and followed up and we were back on schedule. At the measurement appointment the tech raised questions about how the capping should be done with the new siding. Window Nation was inflexible about creating solutions. Luckily my siding contractor was. The company displayed very poor communication between the sales and Install teams which made the process more challenging than it needed to be. Josh the salesman was good but other people lacked the follow-up needed. There was a lot of back and forth about scope of work and pricing. The installation manager was rude in my dealings with him. The initial sales man stated they couldn’t do my bathroom window due to size, the tech said they could and that they would follow up for pricing. No more contact about the window, so I had the siding contractor put it in. When the window techs showed up they had the bathroom window in The truck even though I had never approved it. The salesman said to have them put it in in. The install manager said no. This round about went on through the whole process. They tout using their own installation crew but used a subcontractor. The installation went well and they did a good job though. So in the end things went fine but the lack of communication made it a more harrowing experience than it had to be..

Recently had my new windows installed and I'm extremely disappointed! 4 out of the 10 new windows have holes in the screens and gaps in the metal trim. Also felt very pressured the day of the consultation because the salesman said if I don't take the deal offered that day it would go up another $3,000! I just wanted 1 or 2 days to think everything through with this expensive purchase. I've been told there going to send out someone to inspect the issues so we shall see. I will not replace the other 10 windows in my home with this company I'll go elsewhere !

We had Patrick come in and discuss with us the window nation and the window world. Patrick explained the positive, negatives, good, bad and the important information homeowners need to know when it comes to buying new windows. He was very informative and helpful especially because we didn't know much about the Window World and why it's important to get certain Windows versus your regular box store windows . We discuss other companies and never did he talk bad about any one of them. He was honest truthful spent time explaining the process to us. I would definitely recommend Patrick as a a wonderful point of contact to go to when inquiring about any windows!!

My windows were just completed today . 21 I believe the number was total . The installers were efficient, hard working, and extremely nice! They did the " house windows " yesterday and today finished up by installing 7 windows on my 3 season room. One was a huge piece of plate glass from about 70 years ago that they basically wrapped in strong tape - cut around the glass and and out it came all wrapped up in tape. . It was amazing to watch. They never minded answering any questions. The windows are amazing. So light and easy to open and close and soundproof too. So this is only day 2 with the new windows but so far - I'm impressed. With the windows and the installation.

This was by far the best service I have ever had with any home remodeling project EVER! Total professionalism from start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. That is rare these days. Excellent work on my nearly 100 year old home! The whole process was seamless, from our sales rep through to installation. Their estimated time for the installation was right on point. The guys that came to do the final measurements, and the installers, were both knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The installers arrived well within the quoted time frame, very friendly and efficient. Adv of a broken latch on one of the windows and it's already been scheduled for them to come out and repair at our requested date and time. Very clean worksite after the installation was complete, couldn't even tell windows were ripped out and replaced. Loving the new windows on our sunporch, so much warmer out there already compared to the old windows. I have not had my windows installed as of today’s date however the process so far has been smooth and painless. I filled out a form on the company’s website on Tuesday April 9th to request an estimate and I received a phone call in less than five minutes! I was scheduled for Friday April 12th to have an estimate done. Chris came out to my home and explained my options thoroughly, measured my windows, and we set the plan in motion. The following week there were additional measurements taken of my windows to make certain they got the right size and as of Monday April 23rd I received an email giving me an estimated date of arrival of May 27th. I am hopeful that the rest of the process runs as smoothly. I will update once the installation has occurred.

I called Window Nation because of the commercial I heard on the X driving home from work and was intrigued by their current offer of 50% off all windows and 0% interest for 5 years. I've been wanting to replace our homes windows for quite some time to make some upgrades and get better year round efficiency. I called to set up a consult and it was scheduled for the next day. Jason came to our house for the consultation and wow, what a guy. He was so down to earth and knowledgeable. The consult felt like we were old friends that just happened to be talking business. He knows what he's talking about and is very passionate about the company and products he proudly sells. He never pressured us and we felt so comfortable and confident with our new window purchase!
