Brent has done multiple jobs at our house over the past few years and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very polite and honest with every job he does. He is also very reasonable and fair with pricing - he is definitely our go to guy when we need something repaired or replaced in our house.

Brent was polite when he came for the estimate and was on timebut for some really strange reason he blocked my wife's number after she asked for an update on an estimate. In our experience when something takes longer than estimated if you don't reach out to them, they take it as you're not interested in using them and you may never hear from them again. My wife sent him a message asking if he had a chance to do the estimate yet and that was the only time she ever contacted him, and that's all she said. He replied that's he's been busy and then immediately blocked her number.We only wanted an estimate to see how much we needed to set aside for the kitchen. We were very flexible on when he had time to start the project but we never even got to that point. We are very laid back people and had no problem with him taking a few days to reply, or that it took him longer to do the estimate than initially estimated. We understand people get busy and nobody wants to work 16 hours per day. If he didn't want to do the job then he could have said so. Or if he was mad she took the initiative to reach out to him then I'm not sure what to say. That was a very bizarre thing to do.I'm still giving him 5 stars for being on time, being respectful and being polite when he came to our house and he did a good job on my sisters bathroom renovation.
