Just looking out my window at my lovely new roof and I had to post! The Just Improvements guys were wonderful–speedy, professional, and scrupulous about cleanup at the end. They managed to do our whole job (from ugly, dilapidated, leaky old roof to brand new one in a single day–for a price that was actually less than we had agreed to, because the cost of supplies had gone down in the meantime. Severe Storms in Chester County on 4/1/2023 ripped a section of fascia from our roof. I used Google to search for nearby repair options and found Just Improvements. I called and Justin scheduled to come out the next day and arrived with all the tools, material and knowledge to quickly make the repair. The repair was done quickly , neat and at a great price. I had been hunting for a good roofer for a year. Justin and his crew were polite, fast, organized, friendly, and by the book. They did such a good job that my neighbors wanted some estimates, before Justin could even leave. In one day they finished my main house, another half day for my addition. Excellent clean up. If you want or need work to be done on your roof, siding, door, etc, I'd highly recommend Justin and Just Improvements, LLC. He is highly knowledgeable and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. His estimates are reasonable and affordable in comparison to other companies.. Just Improvements was fantastic. Project start was delayed because of rain. Rather than making it go longer, Justin brought out a bigger crew and got the roofing & siding done in a day. (The gutter needed to wait until the rest was done anyway.) Hard to say I can't wait until I can work with them again. (I'd prefer not to have more leaks.) Our roof was damaged in one of the crazy storms that hit the Northeast in the Spring. We had multiple estimates for roof repair, each less trust-inducing than the last. Justin, however, was wonderful. He returned my first call right away, and very soon came out to inspect, spending a lot of time going over the roof, taking photos, talking to the insurance co, etc. We had a ton of questions, and he patiently worked with us to resolve all concerns about the roof (including some that were unrelated to the damage). He accurately predicted when he would be available to do the work. His crew was polite and efficient, and left the place cleaner than they found it. Just Improvements installed a new gutter system at our home last week before all the rain. Just Improvements are a professional and knowledgeable business. Just redesigned the gutter system diverting the water away from the house in a way that we now have no water ponding anywhere.
