Quick, responsive, and professional communication throughout the whole process for our gutter replacement. It was so hard to schedule other companies to even get out for an estimate. This company was out within days, did not charge for an estimate like many others, and did the job following week. Plus it cost half of what the other guys wanted to charge.

I got the name of Matt and MB Roofing from another top-rated roofer who was only doing full-roof replacement. We had a smaller job -- patching a small but persistent leak above my son's bedroom. Matt swung by the next day, gave us a super-reasonable estimate, then had an opening and came back and did the project the next day! (And it's worked -- no leak despite several big storms.) I will use MB again and would highly recommend to anyone else.

It started out ok. Matt came to the house, seemed professional and knowledgeable about the roof repair that I needed. It took a few weeks for him to start the work. I went to write the check and realized that he didn’t install the chimney cap. He said he would be back on Monday at 8 am. I said, ok, and reluctantly wrote the check for the full amount for the job.That was a month ago and he never came back. Nothing. I texted him several times with no reply. How does someone stay in business when they treat a customer this way? I have no chimney cap and I’m out $250! I would not hire this guy!

We had a new roof installed by MB Roofing 2 days ago. All went well. The installation was seamless and took about a half day. The roofers cleaned up our property and the owner of the company stopped by while it was being installed and again after the workers left to make sure everything was done right. The debris from the roof was in a giant tarp type bag on our lawn. The owner, Matt, assured us it would be picked up in 2 days and it was. So after less than a year of getting repairs, roof was leaking in the same spot when I paid him to do repair work on top of a silver coat. When all he did was a silver coat only. We had two leaks (roof and a skylight). Matt of MB Roofing diagnosed the problems that were causing the leaks, and the explained them to me along with images of the roof and skylight areas in need of repair. I also had an issue with one of our gutters, which had started hanging low after years of ice and weather.Matt provided an estimate to repair the leaks and re-hang the gutter so it was higher and had a better, more even pitch. It wasn’t a complicated job, and the reasonable estimate reflected that.After we agreed to have the work done, it went pretty smoothly, with the only glitch being a missed appointment to come fix it. However, he was here a couple of days after that to do the job. He worked efficiently and both leaks are fixed, and the gutter looks very good now. Working with Matt for a roof repair was great! After lots of heavy wet snow sat on our roof above a screened in porch for a few weeks, water eventually found its way in and caused part of the ceiling to collapse. After my first positive experience with Matt last year, I had him out again to clean one of my gutters that was clogged by a bird’s nest. Matt cleaned out the gutter/downspout and installed metal caps on the ends of the gutter to prevent more birds from getting under the old style gutter guards that I have. The rain is coming down now and the downspout is perfectly clear!I’d certainly recommend MB roofing for any gutter or roof related work.
