I had a great experience with North Star Roofing. Keegan was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the whole process of the project that resulted in the transformation of my house. Jeff (owner) was very hands on and made it a point to get to know my fiancé and I on a personal basis and ensure all the work was completed to our liking. They both answered all our questions and were very helpful. Although I was a little skeptical in the beginning, I have to honestly say as a 35 year contractor in the electrical business Northstar roofing and siding is absolutely accompany worth doing business with.I was a little skeptical at first because their business model is one of a general contractor employing crews that work under their direction.We are extremely pleased with the end results of a fairly complex project. Our project included an entire rip off of our main roof as well as two outline structures. We also replaced all of the gutters all of the skylights and areas of the roof that were visible to the street we upgraded to New steel roofing.Overall, I estimate I spent a bit north of $70,000 with NorthstarSome months later, we had our master bathroom renovated by a different contractor and this contractor chose to vent the bathroom fan by making a hole in our newly installed roof. When we had the 4 inches of rain a few weeks ago I woke to a drip and huge puddle in my brand new new $40,000 bathroom renovation.I really didn’t know where the water was coming in. I called Jeff, the owner of Northstar roofing and regardless that he did not make the penetration nor was the leak his responsibility. He mobilized an entire team, including himself that were at my house on a Saturday at 7:30 in the morning in a rain and wind.Rather than point fingers they took ownership even when they didn’t really have to! the whole crew, including the owner was up on my roof in absolutely terrible conditions fixing the leak caused by the bathroom contractors shoddy work.

North star did an awesome job on our house.John had a meeting with me and went over everything. The whole crew did a great job!We have a beautiful new roof. Thanks to them. We can't be thankful enough. Nice clean job, and they did it with the quickness with a ton of guys at once.Replaced damaged supports as well. 👍I can only give them the best review because that's the job they did.

We had a wonderful experience with North Star Roofing when it came to roof and siding repair from storm damage. I'd been wary about the slick 'roof bros' who were going door to door with a hard sell and not giving much information, or being vague. Chuck (who is such a good guy!) walked us through the insurance process step by step and was on hand to answer any questions. He never pushed or promised things we couldn't do. He was honest and communicative and thorough. When it came to the teams of guys who did our roof and then our siding, everyone was respectful and hardworking. Chuck personally came by to make sure there were no roof nails or anything left in our yards (we have kids) and that kind of attention to detail is rare in contracting. I just can't say enough good things about this company. Honest, reliable and kind - who can ask for more?

Jon Toppi with North Star provided an excellent service for my parents when it comes to helping them getting their roof and siding fixed due to hail storm! He has gone over every detail with them, and was quick to accommodate to any changes my parents made (before they proceeded) when it came to color selection or any other detail.Jeff, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly! Northstar has responded quickly and efficiently to repair both our siding and roofing on two separate occasions, two years apart. Most recently, they came out the same day I called to fix a leak in our roof that was leaking into our family room after a week of non-response from the company that installed the roof which was still under warranty. Another storm was forecasted that night which most likely would have turned the leak into a waterfall. We are very grateful and they will be getting all of our business moving forward.

Great company to work with! Chuck is a great guy. He was here every day overseeing the work. He has the highest standards and his communication was great. From the start, Chuck moved the process along quickly and relatively painlessly. The work itself went quickly and efficiently, and the team cleaned up well. The house looked great right away. We didn't realize that we had storm damages. John approached my husband and took a look at our roof and saw did we had a lot of damage. Pretty much after that, I had to did 5% of the leg work in getting my roof replaced. John/North Star met with my insurance agent, handled follow-ups, met with me and explained the whole process. The day of install went perfectly. A full large roof and all the sub replaced in one day! The workers took care of my property and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would say that I would use them again, in 20 years! We contacted Keegan as our neighbors were getting repaired/replaced roofs and siding from recent hail storm 4/2023. Important Note: your roof may be damaged but not visible from the ground. The damage is not noticable until it's too late, and your shingles start peeling off. Both Keegan and the owner Jeff worked directly with our insurance company and adjuster to get everything approved, priced, and scheduled. The process was effortless; the hardest part was picking the shingles 😉 The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we were pleased with the work with a walk-around.
