Where do I begin...125 y/o house with a million issues and the Roof was definitely one of them! You're not doing your research if you don't get multiple quotes from different contractors. Alex and Greg happened to be the only ones who came to the house promptly and on time for the first meeting. They're also the only company that went on the roof, took note of the condition and repairs needed as well as with proper guidance, encouraged us to file a claim with our insurance for addition assistance. In the meantime, the pricing we received for the roof was extremely fair and on par with what we anticipated.About two weeks after staring the process with Alex and Greg, I received a call that the insurance was going to be paying for the ENTIRE ROOF. The roof may have been replaced 2-3 times during the entire life of the house, and when I tell you it hadn't been done properly previously, my husband and I were cautious and nervous about cost to fix all of the water rot.The Penn Pro Roofing crew was extremely professional and arrived on time every day. They communicated when there were issued that came up where maybe additional building materials were needed and let us know the cost before moving forward. They did well to express the value and benefits of replacing pieces of "decking" or plywood where there would be a potential issues in the future.The roof and the new gutters came out amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and the way that the conduct their business. They entire property was clean of any and all debris and nails. I would recommend this company to everyone. Remember to do your research and ask questions! If you're getting roofing quotes without anyone first inspecting the actual roof, how will you know they are effectively giving you the proper estimate and completing the job the way it should be done the first time.GO PENN PRO!

After 5 estimates from other roofing companies Alex with Penn Pro came by to provide us an estimate. After a thorough walkthrough of the roof, he was the only person that noticed evidence of hail damage on the roof. He walked us through the process with the insurance company and came by with the insurance company to show his findings. After final agreement from my insurance company Penn Pro set us up with the install. The team did a fantastic job! They were on time, extremely professional, and left our house and yard clean afterwards.Penn Pro went above and beyond for us, and made such a large home improvement project stress free. I would highly recommend Penn Pro to anyone in need of roofing services!
