I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom down into my powder room below. My insurance company sent out Service Master to do the remediation work from the water damage. After they finished that portion up, I continued with Service Master to complete the repairs I needed in the bathroom. The crews were very professional, very nice, and very clean. The guys were skilled and they were able to get the bathroom back up and operational in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone needing restoration/repair work, or any other general work you have. They were top notch, and I was very pleased with the work and the completed job!

When you have an unpleasant event happen in your home, there is nobody better on your side than ServiceMaster. Our experience with everyone was outstanding. Super responsive, put our mind at ease and got the job done. I can honestly say that Chris is the best person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was fantastic. Always on time, communicated in a clear concise manner and went above and beyond. He even came out on his own time on Saturday to bring extra equipment when he learned of my medical condition. The team at ServiceMaster was excellent! I had a sewage backup in my basement and ServiceMaster had a team out here the day I called to give me a scope of work estimate. I had three companies visit and give an estimate and liked SM the most. On the workday, which was just two days after I called, Don and Ralph were amazing! Super kind, informative, and thorough! My home suffered a serious roof leak, damaging ceilings, walls, and flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and den. The ServiceMaster team came out to assess the damage and worked closely with my homeowner’s insurance company to address the required mitigation efforts to dry out the affected areas. They spent about two weeks on those efforts, until the moisture content was low enough to initiate restoration. Their team was always polite, sensitive to our needs, entirely professional in their demeanor, and truly effective in conducting their work. I would certainly choose to use them again, should the need arise, and would recommend them to anyone else encountering damage from a leaking roof.Following the mitigation work, ServiceMaster had a team working on the house over the next 3 months to fully restore all surfaces and functions. This included replacing ceilings, walls, and floors. It also included reassembling the kitchen, which had been almost entirely disassembled during the mitigation work. Without any hesitation, I would note that to a person, the ServiceMaster crew performed above and beyond the contracted requirements. They worked in close coordination with the insurance company every step of the way.As a direct result of ServiceMaster’s work, the house is now essentially in new condition, not only physically restored, but clean and bright. I would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option. .

My husband David and I used ServiceMaster for our remediation of our water damage in our basement. The whole situation was tough to deal with at first, however, once Johnny came out to assist us, he immediately put us at ease. From the detailed estimates to scheduling, to Don, Jeff and Ralph coming out and doing everything for us, it has been an incredible experience and our mold in that area is gone. While we awaiting for the results of our mold test, we will be using ServiceMaster for our duct cleaning and possible remodeling of our bathrooms and basement in the near future. Given life choices, when one needs companies like Service Master, it's not usually a good thing. In our situation, Service Master became part of our life for close to one year as a consequence of a house fire. The damage was significant and only a company with people who had extensive experience in restoration, from assessment to completion, could successfully carry out such a mission, while keeping one informed at every step of the way.Service Master was one of the companies our insurance companies recommended among a list of highly-reputable restoration experts they were aware of. Given the high review grades, we confirmed to have them take on what was a formidable process. For those who want the conclusion to our experience, you could not ask for a more reputable, compassionate, expert company that works with you, meeting codes and industry standards.Our project director was Dan Bishop who was on the scene, together with the core group of mitigators within hours of the fire company leaving the premises. Above all, they exhibited a very compassionate human sensitivity knowing that what we experienced was not a particularly pleasant event, indeed one that occured between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2022. The cleanup began immediately on the day after the fire. The mitigation crew, in addition to beginning the cleanup began storing everything that the fire had not consumed (clothes, personal items, furniture) carefully, with attention to details in terms of what items went into which containers. Cleanable items were sent for professional service that involves special treatment for fire-exposed materials. Large items were quickly protected and sent off-site for secure storage.The mitigation, storage, cleanup was courteously conducted by Aleiah and Beth, David, Robert, Michael, and two more wonderful people whose names I do not remember right now (apologies!). As soon as cleanup finished, the restoration crews entered, first to carefully take down structurally what was necessary in order to prepare for the process of restoring. The extent of the damage necessitated many months of this ongoing process. Dan always invited us to be on site. He patiently answered all our questions, explained all the process before and during every step so that we would be comfortable in knowing that his team were experts and would not be cutting corners.Dan's comprehensive experience was evident throughout the process. He was on site every day ensuring that the subcontractors followed the plan of action. On many days, we would see Dan assume physical responsibility for a part of the work and lead by example. The materials used were industry standard (no cheap knock-offs, or cheaply-made/sourced items). Invoices from reputable vendors were available and, in fact, Dan always told us where the material was being purchased from including the actual part numbers. We verified this when the materials were actually delivered. No compromises. No shortcuts. No cheap stuff that would compromise the restored structure in the future.The restoration was completed very recently. We got our house back! Clean, up to code and regulations, and with all personal items and furniture moved back in carefully by Aleiah, Beth, Michael, and Robert and their team. Dan was always on site, assisting in this process and also working with the subcontractors to finish the details.Our prayer to anyone reading this review is that you never need a company like Service Master at any time in your lives. But, should the need arise, you will be in compassionate, expert, professional hands with an outcome that will exceed your expectations. Fires are not something anyone expects in life. Service Master, Dan and his entire team were with us at every step of the way.

We had a sewage leak in the basement and damage as a result. ServiceMaster came in cleaned disinfected and rebuilt the damaged areas. They did a wonderful job. Dan B, the project manager for the rebuilding, ensured that any concerns were immediately addressed. Everyone that I spoke to from the cleanup and disinfection through the rebuild was very professional, responsive, courteous and they did a great job. I hope no one ever has a situation such as this but if you're in that unfortunate situation don't hesitate to use ServiceMaster. They are expensive but they are worth it. Los Primos, the subcontractor for the rebuild, and main 2 gentlemen it worked on the job, Hugo and Jasinto, we're fantastic and did wonderful work. Chris and his team did a great job drying up the rooms affected. Quick and thorough.Then Dan came into restore the basement to its former state.
