My husband and I feel Kelly Homes & Remodeling did a fantastic job in refinishing our very old and dark, early 80’s basement level of our home. They completely gutted the area, added a laundry room area, and utility sink, previously the laundry was in the garage. They improved the insulation to this level, and improved the lighting by adding recessed lights. Every member of his crew were courteous, they cleaned up the area as best as one is able while building. They made sure to ask for our input regarding lighting, outlets, and cable connection for mounted TV. We were always aware what time they would arrive or notified if they would not be there due to inclement weather. This business deserves the 5 Stars and is worth the wait to have an excellent job completed.

Scheduled an appoint for an estimate and they arrived and were very friendly. 2 months passed with no communication and no estimate to review. My wife called them to see where we were at with the estimate and the guy that answered flipped out on her for politely inquiring about the estimate. Apparently a broken leg keeps them from making a phone call and keeping potential customers informed as to where they are in the process. We went with Creative Designs for our bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier with their service.

After receiving several quotes for a new roof Kelly Homes came in with the best price and service. We were in desperate need of a new roof. And I had a vision of adding metal roofing over the porch, new shutters, a new front door, and new gutters. I wanted an updated look on the facade of our 1962 home. All the other companies came out and only seemed interested in giving me a quote for a new roof. Kelly Homes heard my wishes, shared my vision and gave me exactly what I was looking for, using high quality products. All at a very decent price compared to others. The craftsmanship and professionalism of those who work on the project were unmatched. We look forward to working with Kelly Homes for our next home project.

Ryan Kelly and his team did a fantastic job for us. We asked them to remodel the original bathroom in our home, which was built in 1925. This included moving walls and redesigning adnr rebuilding virtually every aspect of the bathroom -- plumbing, electric, tiles. Ryan made so many helpful suggestions in the design phase, including taking out the radiator and adding heated flooring. The whoe team was so patient and creative as they encountered one old house challenge after another, including concrete under the floor! They rebuilt the entire room, except for the original tub. Their work is top notch; their craftsmanship and care is exceptional. The team members are all hard working, polite, attentive and good communicators; there was not a single dropped ball the entire time. The bathroom is stunning -- like a luxury spa retreat -- the price was great, it was easy to have the team on site, and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. Kelly Homes installed 9 new windows, a new side garage door and new French doors with the blinds between the glass. Then we had the sidewalk replaced with stamped concrete prior to Ryan adding a front porch. His team are extremely professional and the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Ryan.

I’m so pleased with the work Ryan and his team did for me. A new roof, a new bedroom floor, and painting of a master bedroom suite. Everyone was wonderful to work with and the end product was impeccable. The price was incredibly reasonable! Kelly Homes & Remodeling is a wonderful company to chose for any home project! Ryan and his team came out to do our roof on the house and shed, as well as change 3 skylights. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Ryan's communication was very helpful as he shared his opinion on what shingles would work best, and provided recommendations of what color gutters to go with. Kelly Homes & Remodeling added a 25,000 square foot addition to our home in 2015. The vision Ryan, the owner, had for the addition and the attention he gave to what we wanted was second to none. He was very respectful of our budget parameters and kept within them throughout the project. The space still feels brand new and we love it as much today as we did when it was completed. He incorporated elements that made the transition from our original building to the addition seamless and natural. His contractors and employees were professional and thorough. I never needed his services yet, but he would be the first person I would go to. I have seen his work it is most excellent. I was a regional manager and tool rep and have visited many job sites in my life including a This old house job site in Massachusetts, I don't consider myself an expert, because an expert would know everything there is to know for his trade, but let's just say I have a good basic understanding of the construction trade. If I have a question about a project I'm working on the first person I call is Ryan Kelly, he steers me in the right direction. He is a good neighbor when it snows without asking he plows out all the cars in the neighborhood after the town truck plows all the cars in and this is after he has been up all night plowing.
