I have nothing but positive things to say about Nxt Gen Exteriors, LLC.From the beginning, I researched multiple local roofing companies in the Lancaster Area and received multiple estimates for this job. Nxt Gen Exteriors had the most organized and professional estimate, expertise and knowledge about their product, answered every question we had, and communicated the entire process with us. For the high quality product and workmanship, they had a reasonable price as well!During the job, they did not rush through anything. They also thoroughly cleaned up each day as if they weren’t even there all day, knowing we had kids and pets, and made sure not a single nail was left behind! Wayne and Carissa also communicated and updated us everyday.Carissa also assisted me with color selection and went out of her way to get me bigger shingle samples to show the color definition in multiple colors. She also suggested the color of the counter flashing and drip edge which I love and it matches perfectly!We will definitely be calling them again for any additional jobs we need! I was nervous about calling a random roofing place online, but they exceeded my expectations.Not only did they return my call quickly, but they were able to repair the leak in my roof without delay. Had Nxt Gen replace my roof this fall. I got a couple of quotes, but they were the least expensive and they were also able to fit me into their schedule the soonest which was very important since it turned out I had water actively coming into my attic when it rained. Wayne and Carissa were both great to work with - they communicated everything they were going to do, when & how it would get done. My property was treated with the utmost respect and was left cleaner than when they arrived. I also had an issue with water coming in near my front door due to improperly installed flashing/j-channel which Wayne evaluated and fixed as well. Working with them was a dream and I didn't feel like I needed to worry about anything going wrong - they were there to take care of it! Definitely a high recommend! I plan on working with them again on a laminate floor installation project and now I'm looking around to see if there's anything else for them to do.....Update: I had NXT Gen install a LVP floor in a difficult area. They problem solved to level out the floor and eliminate a transition that had been in the middle of a common area. Their finishing touches are flawless! I had already purchased the flooring, so I was having trouble finding someone to install that didn't also want to sell me flooring, so this was the perfect solution.

I was disappointed to have this company no call, no show no show on the repairs they had to do, twice. After that I called and they promised to be out two days later. Two days later I received a message that they didn't have all of the parts and wouldn't be out. This whole process has been going on for a month.
