What a fantastic bunch of guys! They've built our deck in 2018, haven't any issues with it. After multiple quotes, and our due diligence, we've hired them again in 2024 to build a custom roof over the same deck. Meticulous attention to detail, impeccably clean, and not the smallest of corners were cut. They actually went out of their way to get a 6-inch piece of J-channel perfectly color matched, even though it was in one of the least visible locations. Excellent craftsmanship, cleanliness, friendliest of guys, and for a fair price!

Decks R Us put in a beautiful new composite deck for us in July and we are just so happy! They did a great quality job. They were great to work with from start to finish. They were always on time and cleaned up completely. The job went smoothly and would have been done sooner if not waiting for inspections by township. It looks wonderful and the most exciting thing is that I never have to paint a deck again! So very happy with our new deck.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Every aspect of dealing with this company was professional, timely, polite, friendly and completely accurate. I hired this company to build a new deck 7 years ago and they did a great job. Last week, I found out that one rail was loose and needed repair, so I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and they replied right away and scheduled a time to do the repair. They showed up at my house went directly to the deck and repaired it and I realized after it was done. Great people, I would recommend them, they are responsible, prompt and very professional.L. We recently had a Azek synthetic deck and vinyl pergola installed by Decks R Us. Five stars isn't enough to describe how great an experience this was for us.Pre-construction:Getting started with an estimate was fast and easy. They provided a quick ballpark quote based on a simple sketch via email, and were very flexible when scheduling a visit one a more detail quote was requested. And their price was excellent compared to the other contractors we got bids from. Once the contract was signed we were informed in advance when we could expect construction to begin, and if changes to that schedule were necessary it was communicated to us with enough notice to make sure accommodations could be made.Construction:The construction crew that installed our deck was friendly, courteous, and capable. Also very efficient. It took them parts of three days to complete the project. One of those days they couldn't start until after noon, but they still had most of the deck framed by the end of the day. The second day they had some poor weather, and could only work a partial day. Still the project was finished by lunchtime on the third day! Their craftsman ship is incredible. Straight lines, tight joints and sturdy construction. They even were able to move a hose bib (including plumbing work inside the house and replacing the siding where the old one was) to accommodate the deck design.Results:The quality of the finished product is excellent. It looks great, it's sturdy and Decks R Us stands behind their work. On top of the Azek warranty Decks R Us also offers a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Not that I think we'll need it. I look forward to many years of enjoying our new deck and highly recommend Decks R Us.

I couldn't be happier with Decks R Us. Highly professional experience, from the original site assessment to the plan to the estimate to the permitting process to the demolition of the old deck and the build of the new deck.My deck is attached to my townhouse on the 2nd story. No problem for these skilled pros. I am so glad we chose Decks R US for our backyard project. In fact I found and reached out to the company based on Google reviews. They certainly did not disappoint!! What a pleasure to work with. So knowledgeable, creative, responsive, and above all patient. We had to make adjustments to our deck design multiple times based on our hardscaping and pool construction, and John and his team were always accommodating. They came out multiple times and worked to address our needs. They built a beautiful Aztec deck in our backyard in less then a week. Clearly beat our own expectations. This review is WAY overdue. We quoted deck construction during the pandemic. Pricing was of course very high at the time, and we got several quotes from builders. We chose Decks R Us because of both their reputation, their pricing, and the value of the materials for the price. Though there was a huge backlog of work before they could slot us in, they held to their committed time-frame for the work. It was done on time, and the finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations. Joe and his crew were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We were very concerned that having the construction done during freezing winter months would lead to cut corners and less quality. That couldn't be farther from the outcome. John, Joe, and the whole team have the utmost integrity and work ethic, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.Service: Composite decks

We are very happy with our deck that John's team put up in less than two days. They removed the previous wood deck and copied the aestheticsusing synthetic material. I was sick of trying to keep up with wood maintenance! I overlooked a color issue in the contract, but they were very flexible and didn't complain at all about being asked to change a few details. There was a spot where a fastener looked like it may have loosened and they were out the next day to fix it. I'm very happy with how the entire transaction went, and we got exactly what we wanted. We wholeheartedly recommend Decks R Us with the highest possible recommendation with zero reservations. Our deck turned out absolutely beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. Every step of the way from the initial estimate, design and revision process with John, coordination with the stone mason, electrician and plumber, to the final details and clean up at the end of the project were excellent. The communication from beginning to end with John was always timely and thorough and he fully addressed any questions or concerns we had. The crew led by Joe was terrific. Joe, Norman and Benuel were extremely hard working, detail oriented, included us in decision making and were all very nice. They quickly and completely addressed any minor areas we wanted adjusted at the end. We were so excited to get home every day and see the amazing progress. It was so impressive to watch the entire process. We only wish they did full home renovations and general handyman work - as we would hire them for everything!

Back in June of 2020 we decided to replace our existing Deck. We received 4 quotes and many recommendations from family and friends. I went with my gut and contracted with Deck r us. The only issue was that they could not get to it until November. Sooo worth the wait. In June they did not want a deposit but said they would get back to us when everything was finalized. In October John contacted us and we fine toothed the details. Along the way he made recommendations which I always deferred too. We had our old deck torn out and all new framing and Azek decking installed. The crew were absolutely fantastic and the quality of their work is beyond reproach. Every attention to detail shines through in the final product and we can't wait for warmer weather to start enjoying it.We had them place rubber sheets in-between the joists which run into a gutter so that our patio below remains dry. I hosed down the deck the other day to get rid of the leaf and flower petals from the trees blooming and not a single drop came through to the underside.I would whole heartedly recommend Decks R Us LLC for any future project you might have.
