Emanuel and his crew did a FANTASTIC Job at our home and installed a beautiful new Charcoal roof that looks AWESOME. They were extremely reliable, timely, professional and paid attention to every major and minor detail. We had storm damage under the old roof, broken gutters, and everything you can imagine for a 30+ year old roof. They showed up promptly at 8:00 and got right to work. They had the old roof torn off by noon and were finished with installing the new roof shingles by 3:30. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything and left it looking spotless. After noticing some water staining in the corner of a ceiling just beneath our roof, we realized we needed our roof checked out. I reached out to Emmanuel and he was able to come quickly to assess our roof. I appreciated the fact that he gave me a range of options from repairing an older section of the roof to a full replacement. He was able to send me a quote the same day that turned out to be the most competitive of all the quotes I received. In 3 weeks he was able to schedule his crew to come out and over 3 days was able to complete the job. His relatively young crew is polite, hard-working, and very professional making sure to clean up all the stray roofing nails and metal debris around the property every day. Mid-installation one of the roofers explained to me the extent of dry rotted plywood they had to replace (13 sheets!) and I was very glad we chose to go with the entire roof replacement. In addition to the roof, we had gutter guards installed and a replacement of a skylight. We had a solar blind installed in the skylight which qualifies for the Federal Energy Tax Credit. While it took a little longer for the blind to come in than for the roof to be completed, Emmanuel came back to make sure the job was finished correctly. In two days Echo Valley Roofing was able to tear off our old roof, down to the sheathing, and replaced it with all new synthetic paper, drip edge, architectural shingles, ridge vent, gutters with gutter guards, and new downspouts.Emmanuel, Amos, and the other guys were very professional, honest, caring, respectful, and talented. It is hard to find companies who possess both honesty and quality craftsmanship. We are so pleased with their work, how much care they took, and their attention to detail while working at our house. Emanuel and Amos did a phenomenal job coordinating and completing our roof replacement with their hardworking and very pleasant team. They have a crew that they use consistently and do not contract out for random crews as we found many roofing companies do. This made us feel much more comfortable having their regular crew working around our house and family.Not only were they a pleasure to have on the property but their work is simply second to none. All of the materials used are top of the line and should outlast most standard roofing materials. The installation was seamless right down to the quality gutter guards and pipe collars. They were very respectful of the property and were thorough in their clean-up using a magnetic roller to make sure all nails were picked up. Emanuel’s team worked hard 2.5 days straight in the heat to get everything replaced, including both roof and gutters. Pricing was very competitive and beat out a lot of other estimated I received. Emanuel was able to get the American Harvest Cedar Falls color we really wanted even with the shortage of shingles right now.
