After living in our home for five years, we decided it was time to take on the big project of renovating our basement. Our vision was clear: modern, family friendly, and best use of space. KSW came highly recommended and we were excited to work together. Their team was incredibly professional and involved. As experts in the field, they provided suggestions and input that helped shape the perfect vision. The quality of the supplies and the work done by the team is what we are most happy with. The contract included: demolition, remodel, bar installation, in home movie theater, gym, guest room, and play area. Their team was very dedicated to staying on time and communicating throughout the entire process. All to say is, we are so happy with the final results. Our kids probably love it more! We are absolutely hiring them for our next remodel!

Had them rip out my tub and shower unit and put in just an acrylic shower. I've had it for probably 3 months now and am 100% satisfied and it's amazing the work that they did and how quickly they did it. Places like bath fitter state that they can give you a new shower in a day but you'll end up paying three or four times the amount that I paid KSW to do something in 2 days. I will definitely use KSW in the future for any other construction work.

The experience received is a personal touch. Wilmer came to the house, sat down with samples and went through the scope in person. I started with a roof replacement. As I was interested in a GC for work interior, I had KSW repair and paint my 2 story ceiling and windows along with 2 other ceilings damaged by roof leaks. Impressed that they automatically went to a ceiling break and not just a small patch needed. I will also be doing some chair rail and crown molding in the future.

Deck was damaged due to a tree falling. The KSW team worked with me to assess damage and then took on the task of working with the insurance company to cover the damages. They were amazing and very efficient in getting all of that done in a timely manner. The new deck looks amazing!

Wilmer was very thorough and spent a lot of time looking over our roof and outside water damage. We had water coming in a downstairs sliding glass door and water pouring down the valleys of our roof causing water damage to the outside of the house. The new roof and flashing fixed these problems! He did not try to upsell us. The price seemed reasonable compared to other quotes. So far so good!

The crew stayed til 8pm on a friday with flashlights and headlamps picking up every little piece they could find, THEN came back 3-4 more times and just kept checking. Highly recommend.
