Anthony Trainini did a wonderful job of explaining options and costs to us and returned phone calls he said he would make to follow-up. The day he and Eli came to do the work, Anthony again reviewed with us which option we were expecting and the cost. The work was done efficiently with little noise. A new skyline and some roofing was replaced with some of the roofing we had stored since the original roofing was done. We were pleased with the work done. They cleaned up the deck before leaving. A great experience after the stress of my roof being damaged in a storm. Diversified Roofing managed to get their Tech out right away. Anthony Traini was able to fix / replace roof venting and shingles ASAP before the next storm hit later that day. Had an awesome experience with this company. Had insurance adjuster out to inspect my roof, they said they would only cover a certain amount. I call Diversified Roofing and David Bowman came out. He took his time and looked over the adjusters estimates and measured for himself and actually knew all code requirements. We found that adjuster had actually measured roof incorrectly and left a WHOLE bunch of damage and repairs out! He was able to get my insurance to cover my entire roof and skylights! Loved this company’s work and they got everything done within a day! The company was very responsive and were very patient while we waited for insurance payout! This was a routine check (no known problems).Anthony was extremely professional as he walked me through the review process. He was comprehensive in his approach and very thorough. Thanks to Anthony's inspection, more problem areas were uncovered that I was not aware of. Living in a 100 year old house can be a challenge when it comes to finding roofing contractors because the house has slate, asphalt and a flat rubber roof. Diversified does it all! The team at Diversified did a great job with solving our attic ventilation issue. Starting with Matt’s incredibly thorough evaluation and recommendation, he walked us through every step of each option and there were no pressure tactics used to make us pick the most expensive option; he knew what our budget was and worked within it, and their estimate came back pretty much in line with others we’d received. Ultimately we chose Diversified because of Matt - very knowledgeable, very detailed, and honest. Doug was very communicative when it came time to schedule the job, even letting us know right away that it needed to be rescheduled. Elam and his team showed up on time, were very careful and respectful of not only our property but our neighbors’ as well, and did a very decent job of cleanup. The final product looks great, and our attic is already noticeably cooler (the fan hasn’t even been turned on yet). Matt did a full inspection and showed me pictures of the damage. The price seemed fair and he was able to complete the repairs the same day within about an hour. He also took care of some areas that could have become a problem in the future. Found Diversified in the "Chester County Best Picks" listing, and from the initial phone call all the way through they were a pleasure to deal with. Talked to Vera on the phone and she sent David Bowman over. We had talked to two other companies' reps but chose Diversified right away due to how thorough David was and he handled the insurance company and obtained the best possible payout. David came for a second visit to discuss all options professionally. The company then scheduled the installation within a week. Gene and crew finished the job in eight hours to total satisfaction. Reuben Esh of Diversified Roofing Co. was excellent to work with! He was professional, honest and forthright with his assessment of our roof and our present and future needs. He showed us pics of what required immediate attention and he fixed the issues that day! We have an old cedar shake roof and a huge roof with sharp pitches and all the roofing challenges.Since full replacement is outside our budget, unless we win the lottery, repairing what we have is all we could do for now. Diversified Roofing repaired and replaced missing shingles and they were upfront on costs.Now all I have to do is win the lottery so they can replace our roof down the road!

On Oct. 20, 2023, Anthony Traini came to do an annual roof and attic inspection. He was was on time ( in fact a bit early…that is great!). I answered the door and he greeted me with a smile and asked if he should wear a mask as he did on his last visit. I encouraged him to so. He also wore the booties covering his shoes. He first asked if I had any questions or issues he might need to address. Then he went to work. About an hour later, he was done and explained everything he did as well as a minor repair of a loose nail. He answered my questions about attic insulation and siding on my deck….things to be addressed in the future. Extremely polite, caring young man.
