WilLine builders has just completed a rear screened porch at our Delaware home. The process from bidding to completion was very enjoyable with the outcome nothing short of amazing as you can see from the pictures. From the very beginning of the process, we could see that Ben and his company were much different that the response that we received from some local companies that we asked to bid. Not only did we want to have our dilapidated small deck replaced and upgraded, we also wanted a small area in the rear re-graded due to rain water runoff issues and removal of unsightly pavers to a concrete area. Ben did not blink an eye with these requests and even made suggestions during the project construction. Other companies either didn't want to do everything that we wanted, or did not include all items in their bid---one company ghosted us after visiting our home and looking at the tasks involved. But Ben and WilLine really stepped up and provided drawings of their proposal so that we could get a visual idea of what their finished product would look like. Our process started in the fall of 2023, and we were in no hurry to have this completed. We gave WilLine a late winter to early spring starting estimate and it fit perfectly into their schedule. WilLine started the porch near the end of February. WilLine's crew was professional and very dedicated. They were very careful not to disturb any area in our rear yard that was not necessary. They arrived promptly each workday and put in full days. The amount of work and progress each day was amazing. WilLine used quality materials and their efforts as a team could be compared to a well oiled machine. Ben would visit our site regularly, keeping us informed of the progress and what to expect next in our project. After the porch was completed, the picture was completed with new concrete (even a new tie-in sidewalk to our pool) and then landscaping that included Sod and new stone to spruce up our rear yard. The difference between the beginning look and the final look of our rear yard is amazing. The value of what WilLine did for us was much more than the price we paid. I would be proud to show off our new screened porch to anyone who is looking for a contractor for their own project. I will recommend WilLine Builders to anyone here in Delaware who asks about our porch. The distance to us here in Middletown DE did not make a difference to them and we are glad that it didn't.

I am a repeat customer from having outside deck with stairs and lights to my most recent powder room upgrades. Replaced pedestal sink with solid oak shelves. They repositioned the plumbing inside the wall requiring new drywall then matched the paint so one would never know they did any changes with the plumbing. They installed a wash bowl on top of shelf along with a new faucet. Ben and Mario are so friendly, professional, conscientious, hardworking dedicated to have an amazing finished product. I enjoyed having them do the work and they answer all my questions throughout the process and asked questions to verify any changes I made, even in the middle of the project. WilLine is a fantastic business to work with. Their work and quality is impeccable and their management and workers are awesome. They built a beautiful deck for us and worked with us to customize it exactly how we wanted it from the color boards, to the railing, to the steps, and fun stuff like lighting. It turned out even better than we had envisioned. They kept to the date they had us booked, were in and out in a few days, and left no mess behind. Their pricing also can’t be beat. Lastly, the responsiveness of their team is amazing. Throughout the whole project we were in constant contact with Daniel who was the BEST. I knew my home needed a serious outdoor makeover. After researching several companies and reading reviews I chose WilLine Builders LLC. I started with new siding, gutters and fascia. Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me choose colors and material types! He had his team come in and finished my 1200 ft house in a little over 2 days. Then he had another team come in to paint my outside doors, including a Bilko door and a deck door. I asked him about landscaping, and he and his project manager, gave me some great ideas that I agreed to have done. (Patrick and Valerie Sheridan) Daniel and his team are absolutely amazing! Their work ethic is phenomenal and from start to finish what meant the most to them, was that we were happy. They would check in from time to time to make sure things were just right. To get our approval. if by chance some thing wasn’t as desired, it was their number one priority to make it right. Which they did. This company is trustworthy extremely efficient and was the best value after getting several estimates. I’m hoping I can attach a picture somehow to this review, because what they did to our home was absolutely astonishing. We had new siding windows a beautiful affordable new metal roof and a custom porch done. The compliments that we receive almost daily continue to amaze us.
