Mike was the only roofing contractor to call me back only a few hours after I left a message. It was days later one of the others called me, but to late. Mike came to our home the very next day to do an inspection. Our roof wasnt really that old but on one side of our house, the plywood was picking and warping in many places and causing the shingles to lift and the whole thing looked lumpy. Also the last guy that reroofed it did a lousey job flashing around our gas fireplace chimney and the plywood was rotted all around it. Mike said the warping was caused by poor venting by the last guy, causing moister to build under the plywood, therefore warping and rotting. I also had rotting around a masonry chimney that was flashed wrong previously. Mike gave us a estimate on just fixing the one side, or redoing the whole house. The estimate was very fair, and we elected to do the whole house the right way. I asked Mike if he can remove that old masonry chimney just below the roof and soffit so theres no valley there no more, since the chimney is no longer needed. He said sure, no problem, and no extra charge. They did a fabulous job on that removal, capping off the chimney, framing, plywood, shingling around the old opening, fixing the flashing, it looks like it was never there.Mike and his crew were very professional, capable, courteous and I highly would recommend the to anyone. This company is highly recommended! You can definitely see that it is all about the customer and not a money thing. I called Mike and explained all the issues I was having with 2 other roofers in the area. My experience started in August of 2022 and got worse as it went on nobody cared whether it was important or not. I received answers like 'the money is not enough' even after I explained that my Daughter was in the house with my two grandchildren and I had a big hole in the roof as the winter approached. I then contacted Mike who put me on the schedule for 4 days later. His crew was here first thing in the morning, and stayed late at night to ensure cleanup and finalizing the roof.
