Earlier this year I had my basement flood and I had to file an insurance claim. I didn't know who to go with to do the repairs so I went with one of the company's that the insurance company recommended and that was tru-colors. I couldn't be more satisfied with the restoration, the basement looks amazing. They have extremely skilled employees and they're professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration or repairs. I honestly wish I would of took before and after pictures so I could post a visual of the quality of work.Service: Water damage repair

Trucolors did an amazing job for my grandfather. His house was on fire and they repaired everything and spent every day to repair the house. The people are friendly and fantastic. They are polite and they do an amazing job. You ask a question and they give you reasonable answer. They do anything you expect them to do plus more. I am very thankful for their work and would gladly recommend them to others.

I hired Tru-Colors Restoration to do some remodeling at my home. They made every step very easy for myself and my family. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your needs. Their employees were amazing from their office to their techs.

The worse company that you can find. I only gave them 1 star so that I can warn people not to hire them. They came into my home promising to do a job and they didn't. They were hired by me based on referral; in 2016 to do a bathroom and it took them 1 year to NOT complete the job; They took off with my money. We had to call the insurance company to get them to refund some of my money. They put in claims for work they claimed was completed and was not. Thank God I had an insurance adjuster who came in to see the Ineptness of this company work.DO NOT HIRE..FAIR WARNING.

So far not impressed at all, emergency repair as a tree fell on our patio roof. My home owners insurance connected us. When I tell my agent I hadn’t heard from someone after a day, he tells me that Jason said he left me a voicemail. No voicemail. I call this Jason, he tells me there is no way they can address it today since I wasn’t around?? But he will get his guys out tomorrow between 8-8:30. His guys, show up at 9:10, smoke in my yard and use a rope I left in the yard to just sort of pull it down. Then his guys can’t get there shredder going, they have to send another crew because there is ice on the roof. It is a comedy of errors but it isn’t funny. Thank goodness it wasn’t part of the house itself. I would NOT trust them with my home. Hopefully they finish today. The tree has been hanging off my roof for two days.
