The Roof Doctor has been doing maintenance on our roof and cleaning my gutters since we moved to the area (about 2 years ago). They’re great to work with, never overcharge me and throw some work in at no charge. I just had them replace my roof which came out great! They worked with me to schedule it as early in the season as possible (since I’m pregnant and due any day). They also installed some new vents. I’m always happy with their results and know I can trust them when it comes to price and quality. They’re also just super nice to work with!

I just had Joe and Chris from The Roof Doctor at my house to install a new attic fan for me. There was no hole. They did just an OK job. They arrived on time, were very polite, and courteous. The bill also ended up being $100 higher than quoted. The shingles the installed are also not even. Way more flashing showing on one side than the other. Disappointed in this.

We have used the Roof Doctor multiple times. Mostly to repair individual slate pieces on our roof. We had also used them to install vent pipes after we had new, updated plumbing installed. Professional, quality work, shows up on time and cleans up when finished. Highly recommend.

Len Petraitis and his crew did an outstanding job on our new roof. They were excellent to deal with, responded timely to all our questions and showed up when he said he would! We did not have to deal with an aggressive salesperson with limited product knowledge. Len has been in business for years and he is very knowledgeable. It seems that there are many companies who treat customers poorly with bad customer service. This was not the case with The Roof Doctor.

I called over a dozen companies and Len from Roof doctor was the only one who got back to me, same day too. I had damage to a rubber boot on my roof, Len was very professional on the phone and they were able to come out the next day! Replaced the boot and did a wonderful job. The Roof Doctor was very professional and installed a new roof in half a day at the quoted price, which was reasonable and fair. The crew was prompt and cleaned up well after the work was completed. I did not find any roofing nails or other potentially harmful objects to pets and/or children. They moved everything out of the way (like grill and deck furniture) and put it all back in its place when they were done. We live in a really windy area of Plainfield Twp, PA and have had missing shingles and a roof leak since April 2021. It is now December and we were dealing and had a contract signed with another company. Since that time, with no communication and no repairs, I decided to call the Roof Doctor and he had two guys out to inspect and fix the damage in the same day!!!! For same/next day service you can't go wrong with the Roof Doctor! Excellent service and fair pricing. The Roof Doctor saved us! After our most recent storm, we lost a good amount of shingles allowing rain to infiltrate our bedroom. Lenny and his guys came out in record time to repair our roof before the next storm, which would have certainly cause more damage. I've used the roof doctor for over 25 years. His crew took care of my slate roof for decades. After a hurricane a few years ago I called them to see how many slates had been ripped off. He reported that upon inspecting the roof he found that it had been ruined by a hail storm a year before. He helped me work with the insurance company and replace the entire roof. His crew does great work and he is a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend him more. I see some reviews here claiming that he never returned their calls. My experience has always been that calls are returned immediately. They clean up the work site when they're done, unlike many other contractors. And I have always found the prices to be very fair and the work of the highest quality. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

We’re so very happy with our new roof, which was on a steep Cape Cod style house done by the Roof Doctor and his crew. Everyone on the crew knew exactly what each of their jobs were and in just one day it was completed in a smooth operation. Len is very personable, and was here off and on during the day to make sure the job was going well. Everything cleaned up afterwards. Price was fair, and as quoted. I've never seen a group of guys work so well together. They started timely and didn't stop until they took their lunch break. I was very concerned because we have extensive landscaping around the entire house. I am happy to report not a shrub was damaged. Good experience getting competitive quote to replace roof. The Roof Doctor replied first, when I left voicemail messages with 5 different roofers. Len was among my top picks. I did not end up replacing my roof with the Roof Doctor, only because another roofer had a last-minute opening to schedule sooner, rather than later.

I had The Roof Doctor replace roof on home and garage. They came in and did a beautiful job and had it done in just 1 day and came back next morning to finish up the and make sure it was all good. My neighbors were even amazed of the work and will be using them for their home. We've hired the roof Dr. twice. The company is responsive to calls and shows when scheduled. We had a problem with squirrels getting into our attic from rotten wooden soffit. I appreciate that they were able to custom fit pieces to replace the vintage wood, install flashing around windows on our home and do the slate on our garage roof. They can literally do anything. The Roof Doctor came to our aid while we were trying to prepare our house for sale. We left a message and later that same day he called us back and said he would be out the next morning to check out our issue. He came over the next day and assessed the problem. He quoted a very reasonable price and we hired him to fix the roof. His crew came over within 2 days and had the roof repaired the same day. I don’t think it was an easy job by any means given we own an old slate roof and the home built to last ages so we were grateful he could get the job done as time was of the essence.
