Frog's Pool provided us with a beautiful renovation of a 26 year old pool. Their demolition and subsequent plastering crews were each first rate, meticulous quality work. And their scheduling was personalized to our unique needs, since we have a well and could not supply water as consistently as we would have wished. I am so happy with the job they did. Our concrete pool is over 70 yrs old and they did such a tremendous job. They came early, cleaned up and what a finish. Our sales rep Chuck was great. He checked in during the filling of the water and assisted greatly with what was expected of us. Elizabeth was so professional with scheduling, answering additional questions. Excellent service, excellent company, excellent people. I opened the pool in mid July to find issues of concern. I was so impressed with the companies positive steps to correct the issue. It was nice to see ownership come out to the property and truly make a difference in the life of the customer.

After more than 40 phone calls and 7 quotes we settled on Frog’s Pool Renovations to resurface our 18 year old community pool and spa. From the initial meeting both Liz and Chuck impressed us with their knowledge, helpfulness, experience, and available choices. Frog’s replaced our coping, tile, and re-plastered our pool and spa. The crews arrived on time and before leaving at days end, left the area spotless. Either Liz or Chuck were always available to respond to our questions or concerns.We found Frog’s pricing to be competitive and, despite industry-wide supply chain problems, Frog’s was able to obtain the necessary materials for our project. The custom crafted copings with inlaid depth markers are beautiful. Frog’s professionalism and experience was evident every step of the way from the initial contact to arranging water trucks to fill the pool at the end of the project. We now have a pool that looks new and we expect it to last another 18 years. My recommendation – call Frog’s Pool Renovations and speak with Liz or Chuck - you’ll be happy you did.

Frog's Pool Renovation did a fantastic job with re-surfacing our pool. The job was clean neat and beautiful. Elizabeth Mendez was so nice to work with. Every phone call she promised to return happened. Each appointment she promised was kept. The estimated date of service commenced in a very timely fashion even with a large amount of rain - the workers came out on a Sunday! The workers were kind, quiet , neat and efficient. Frog's workmanship, project management, customer service and value is OUTSTANDING. They just completed a renovation (coping, tile, plaster, skimmers, lights) of my community's pool and we are thrilled with the outcome.Frog's was brought in after another company left the renovation job in a complete shambles (coping upside down, concrete over skimmers, etc.) It was a horrible experience and we couldn't use our pool for 2/3 of the summer.To say the experience we had with Frog's was excellent from start to finish, is an understatement. They did everything they said they would do, kept us informed along the way and completed the renovation ahead of schedule!What a fabulous customer experience we had (thank you Chuck, Liz, Rocio and "the crew"!) and now we are able to salvage some of the summer and enjoy our beautiful pool!

Frog Pond’s principals are exceptionally polite and professional and imminently responsive. Each time we had a question or issue it was immediately addressed and to our complete satisfaction. Frog's did new coping and tile on our pool and they just completed the plaster today. We still need the caulking done but need to wait for warmer weather. The company communicates well and the workmen are kind and professional.

It's rare to find a company that does exceptional work and stands behind it's product and service. Last fall Frog's did an extensive pool renovation on our 35,000 gallon pool - plaster, coping and tile. They helped us in coordinating the timing of the project, suggesting improvements and narrowing down choices resulting in an amazing and beautiful outcome. When we opened the pool this Spring we had some slight discoloration on the plaster. They were quick to respond and corrected the problem in a timely manner. I was completely impressed with the results. Everyone who has been to our pool this summer comments on how great it looks!! Huge thanks to the entire Frog Team!!
