I also had my roof completely redone in 2021 which has a warranty and it is now leaking with the rain. I cannot get a hold of this company. The number is disconnected. I’m going to have to go to the physical address to contact them if they are even there. Also, they were supposed to have installed a skylight for me at the same time of the roof and never did never contacted me or came back to do it

I had to give them 1 star to be able to post this, but they do not deserve it. I have been calling them for 2 weeks with no answer and now they're # is disconnected. I had my roof done in 2021 and with all this rain we've been having it started leaking again from the same place it seems it was never done properly.

Worst company ever. Had them come out and do my roof in 2016 and it comes with a 20-year warranty as long as they coat the roof every 3 years at an additional cost. In 2019 I had called them to re coat and they set up an appointment which they never showed the first time leaving a note on the mailbox when we were home. Fine whatever they may have been busy. They finally came and recoated the roof and I paid them. Now its 3 years later I call them to re coat the roof again, same thing, they scheduled a date, we wait and again no show. When calling no one ever picks up. Then they finally text asking for a copy of the contract. I send it to them. A month later I don't hear anything from them and then they respond they need the receipt of when they recoated the roof (which they never gave) and stated they will not do it as they stated they do business over text and want me to send them a copy of the text from 3 years ago? Really!!!! So, you mean to tell me you don't keep records of your contracts and payments? So yes, I will be getting the bank statements from the payment I made in 2019 and either they will honor their contract, or I'll have a lawyer handle it as well as report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you don't know how to run a company or maintain records, you shouldn't be in business. I would definitely never recommend to anyoneService: Roof damage repair

Affordable Roofing had installed a gutter for me in August. Once the work was done it appeared to be acceptable until it rained one day. The rain revealed a leak in a corner of the gutter. When I contacted Affordable Roofing about the leak they told me they would send someone out to take care of the problem. They didn’t not send anyone to my place to fix the problem. After the next big rain, I noticed water was ponding on top of the roof. It appears that when Affordable Roofing installed the gutters they did not have the water properly run off the roof to the gutters. It appears they altered the roof so that the edge of the roof is raised and the water runs back on to the roof. I called Affordable Roofing multiple times at the office and called Steve (the representative that I paid for this project) and sent him a copy of the pictures of the water ponding on my roof. Not only did they not come out they did not even return my call. I’ve used affordable Roofing for years and since the pandemic the quality of the products and service has dropped dramatically.Unfortunately of I am at the point now of seeking to contact the State Attorney General to see if they can assist me with rectifying this situation.Service: Gutter installation

Affordable Roofing/McGinnis Roofing does horrible work and lacks customer service! I contacted Steve and the office at least 10 times over the past month to repair my roof. No one has come out yet! They performed a full install about a year ago and the roof is already leaking. I have a 10 year warranty but they won’t even come back after a year. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!Service: Roof installation

Guy came out to give an estimate, never heard back. A week later still nothing. If you can’t trust them to give you a simple estimate in a timely manner, I can only imagine the nonsense you’ll get having them do a job for you. Don’t waste your time.
