Al’s Roofing crew did a total replacement on my roof, as recommended after a thorough assessment. Although I'm no roofing expert, it was easy to tell he knows what he's talking about, and he showed me everything, before and after, with high quality photos. It's a lot of money to spend on something you don't really look at, but it's nice to know we have a solid new roof with a guarantee behind it.They booked us quickly and finished the job in about half the time estimated. We bought an older building in Philadelphia and it needed much renovation. We hired Al's Roofing to seal the old roof. They used rubber roofing that went right over the old roofing and added 20 more years to its life expectancy and its light color will reduce our cooling bills. Anna the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I was scheduled for 12pm and was told I’ll receive a call 30 min prior. I called at 1pm and was told 1 hour. Well me and my investors waited for them until 3pm. No call as promised after many promises. I do not recommend them and they lost out on 3 homes to do business at one time. As well as future business dealings.
