Sloppy work, about to call L&I on these guys. They left a black and white stripped wire plugged into in outlet. What a hazard!!!! We are still waiting on a call back days later! We Do Not Rent Out Any Space in OUR Home. My daughter stayed in that room. As was stated I was away in MN for the last year and a half starting a Contracting Business! My wife totally over looked this, and my daughter was told by you “Not to touch it, because the lights in the basement will go out”! She just text my wife this, as she is currently away in College. This aside…. What happened to Our Return Call????

I would like to give a high recommendation to All Star! I was placed in a position with no electricity in my home late in the afternoon. Earvin was able to come out to assess the issue and kept me aware of the situation throughout his troubleshooting steps. He explained everything that needed to be done and presented me with an estimate before scheduling the job. Eddie and Ogres arrived on time the next day after texting me in advance. They again assessed the job and let me know what they needed to do. Their work was efficient and professionally completed and they pointed out what was done when they finished. They also cleaned up the area where they were working. Once completed they provided an estimate to me for additional work I was asking about and ensured I was satisfied with the work. Thanks to Earvin, Eddie, and Ogres, excellent work! I will definitely hire again for additional electrical work!

We had a great experience with All Star! We had them upgrade our circuit breaker that was incorrectly wired, install a new meter box, and run some new dedicated lines in our home. They were very thorough, provided on the spot options for some of the work we were having done, as some challenges arose due to how our house was configured and currently wired. None of the challenges were a result of their efforts/work, but they were able to pivot with options which was appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the communication, professionalism, and overall knowledge of the team throughout the entire process of quoting, scheduling, and the day of the work being completed. Sigi was great and very friendly the entire time he was working on our project as well.Would definitely recommend, and we will be using them in the future for any electrical work.Thank you All Star!

Just bought a fixer-upper home and called All Star Electrical to fix the items that were brought up during the home inspection process. I called at 9am and by 10am Erwin was on site! He walked me through the things that the inspectors missed, gave very fair prices for extremely professional work. I couldn't be happier and feel much safer knowing that we caught things that could have been catastrophic disasters. Best part, Erwin was very efficient and got the work done that same day! They were prompt and reasonable, with very skilled workers at our home! Erwin & Orges were very proficient and the clean was fantastic! They did a outside service drop, new electric box, and new line to the 100 amp panel in our finished basement! Couldn’t be any happier that everything went smoothly!

I called 3 electrical teams in the area to get estimates for the large amount of work I needed to have completed. Not only was All Star Electric the first to reply and the fastest to get scheduled, they were also the most cost effective. They repaired my exterior service cable, upgraded my panel, added gcfi outlets to the exterior wall of my home, and more finishing touches. Their entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the office workers and email respondents to the assessment provided by Erjon, and the workers in and out day-of. I will not remember all of their names but Mentor, Eddy, Orges, Erwin, and more were professional, communicative, and thorough. 10/10 experience. I highly recommend them.

This company really is an AllStar company. They have online booking appointments which I loved. The response back was super quick & Nicolette was a joy to speak with on confirming my appointment. This job was a 2 day job. On Thursday, Sigi was on the scene first & he explained everything to me in detail about the work he was going to do. And the cost was very reasonable & affordable. Eddy, came on the scene next to finish helping with the work that needed to be done. On Friday, Orges & Samir were there to continue where the work was left off & finished up this job. They explained everything in detail to me like the other 2 men. Everyone was super polite & pleasant to talk to. They were very respectful towards me & my property. And the cleanup process was smooth & wonderful. Thank you all so much for really doing an amazing job. I will definitely be recommending & I look forward to working with you all again. Thank you !!

Erwin is the best electrician in the city. I’ve hired him and Sigi for numerous projects and they’ll be back this week to do more. He was able to hang a fan on a 100 year old plaster ceiling. Prices are very good as well. Hire these guys you won’t be sorry.

I have used their services 3 times in the last several months, including a full upgrade to my electrical service, and have been very pleased. They wear booties from the front door and vacuum up any mess they create. You gotta love that!

I've hired with All-Star Electrical three times over the last several years, and they're the best electrician (or any trade) business I've worked with. They are incredible professional, efficient, and perform high-quality work. I also enjoy how easy it is to schedule with them, and how well they communicate. On each occasion, they communicated via text that they would arrive within the hour and they arrived on time.I most recently had them install two ceiling fans, and upgrade my electrical panel. The work was completed over two days and Each member of their team (Orges, Eddy, Sigi, and Samir) were great at communicating existing problems, offering suggested solutions, and highlighting the work that was performed.

Called All Star Electrical for an issue with our hvac system constantly tripping the breaker. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helped me schedule a time that was convenient for me.Erjon came out the next day and did a very thorough inspection of the problem and was able to identify a fix for the issue pretty quickly. He gave me a detailed description of the work to be done and an estimate. Erjon was very friendly and explained everything well and answered all of my questions.Ed and Sigi came out the next day to finish the work and did a great job! I reached out to All Star Electrical because I needed to get a few outdoor rooftop outlets disconnected and removed in preparation for a roof repair. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day with a 2 hour arrival window via a very friendly phone call.The next day, about 30 minutes before the scheduled time slot, I was contacted by Mentor to confirm the appointment. He arrived shortly after as promised, assessed the job, and quoted me a fair price. After filling out some basic paperwork, he proceeded to take care of the task at hand, keeping me updated on progress. Everything was wrapped up within an hour and Mentor even took care of the excess waste.This was my second time going with All Star Electrical and at this point I feel like I'll continue to contact them for any other electrical needs that may arise in the future. They are responsive, efficient, friendly, and professional.

We had a flickering lights issue, so they replaced the primary wire that links the power supplier's cable to the house, they also installed various power outlets. Everything is functioning flawlessly. The team was hard working and polite, and upon completion of the job they cleaned the work area. The installation works like a charm. Highly recommend! We wanted recessed lighting, some new outlets installed, relocated our thermostat, and programmed smart lighting/thermostat. Jon responded to my request for a quote online the same day (on a Sunday). A couple days later, Gino came out on the exact day and time that I requested and gave me quality, honest advice and wrote up the quote. I called back a couple hours later to schedule the work and again was able to fit it in exactly with my availability. Gino and Jurgen arrived right on time and got straight to work without any breaks until the job was done (9am-4pm). They were not totally happy with how the initial hardware fit, so they picked up replacement pieces right away to achieve the perfect fit, and that was much appreciated! They even brought in a third electrician, Miri, to finish up on time and were off to another job, hard workers!

We had to different services performed 3 days apart. Mentor came out and explained the entire process. They were on time everytime. The first job was my daughter room which turned out fantastic! The only issue I had was when the 2nd job (panel upgrade) was completed. The service was great. I didn't appreciate the technician (not Mentor) constantly repeating "you understand" after EVERY sentence like I couldn't comprehend or understand was he was saying. It was a little insulting and aggravating. Service was great! When it comes to explaining services performed, explain the entire process then ask if the person has any questions.
