Came out quickly and gave me a free estimate for a replacement single roof. Schedule for the next week. Crew arrived on time and were extremely professional. They set up tarps so my siding and plants were protected from any damages. When the roof was done I was completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed an inexpensive yet experienced roofing company.

Initially this seemed like a very nice company to work with, they were the cheapest quote we received. Once we agreed to have them do the work, everything seemed smooth......fast forward 4 months and the Borough where the work was done called stating the roofing company never followed through with the permitting, the work was never inspected by the Borough and there is an outstanding bill for permits. He also did not give them the insurance documents required....which I actually supplied him with because he said he was a Sole Proprietor, so did not need to carry Worker's Comp insurance. He told the Borough he was doing the work himself, he told me a sub was doing the work and even sent general Liability insurance paperwork for this person, but again not the Sole Proprietor paperwork, which I kindly supplied him with......you literally only have to check off boxes and sign your name! The Borough also mentioned we could be fined for not being in compliance for all this work that was completed but never permitted or inspected.I contacted David thinking this was just some sort of misunderstanding because he and I had multiple discussions about when he was going to apply for the permits and how long it would take, the costs etc.The Borough said they had tried contacting him multiple times and never once received correspondence back. I called him and he said it was a misunderstanding and he would go to take care of it......5 weeks later it is still not taken care of. As a previous reviewer wrote, do your research and don't just pick a place because it is cheap, usually the cheapest quote will get you in trouble like it did for us. I gave him 2 stars instead of one because at least the work was completed.Service: Roof repair

I would suggest you do your homework and not just rely on what you are being told. Besides the lack of communication (still waiting on a response to my text from a week ago and this is typical if you get a response at all), I am now learning that there is rotted wood that was just covered up instead of being replaced. That might be because the roof leaked for 4 years starting after it was "replaced" or because it had been leaking for several years before and they just felt it wasn't necessary to replace it, not sure. As a homeowner, you expect that when you call professionals, they will do the right thing and advise you accordingly. Especially when they say they are very familiar with the homes in your area and have worked on others. Unfortunately, as a homeowner, you need to be knowledgeable in all areas of construction if you want to prevent being ripped off. Ask lots of questions, inspect the work before, during and after. Yes, they provide a warranty but what good is it if you can't reach the contractor and they charge you additional for the repair because they say it isn't their fault.Services: Roof repair, Skylight installation, Roof installation
