Alpha & Omega Fiberglass did a great job on my roof. They pointed out the issues during their initial inspection and provided a quote for remediation and gel coating. They had worked on my neighbor's roof a few years ago, and it was still in great condition. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. Communication was great throughout, and they were always on time for their appointments. I will call them again when it is time for more maintenance.

Stay away from Alpha & Omega Fiberglass if you are looking for roofers.I have been dealing with them, and more specifically Orlando, on and off for the last 3 years now in an effort to fix a leak in my roof.I have paid them $15,000 and everytime Orlando comes, he says he knows exactly where the leak is coming from, tells me what we need to do to fix, so I agree and go along with him and as soon as a heavy rain hits the leak starts leaking again.He will then come back and say it's a different reason why it's leaking and I need to pay him $3K-$5K if I want him to really fix it this time. Then he will blame it on the siding or something else that he says he is not responsible for.The last time he was here, to fix the same issue, he told me the leak was coming from under my pilot house door and that we needed to take the door off, lay new fiber glass down, and put it back on. Fine I said, let's do it.The first heavy ran we get, lo and behold, it's leaking again. So I call and ask them to come and look. Now he is telling me it's the door itself and we need to replace the door entirely and it will cost $5,000.His work is supposed to come with a 3 year warranty, so when I reminded him of that he said "you know what, I'm not going to talk to you anymore" and literally stormed out of my house. I tried speaking with him further and he just ignored me as he was walking down the stairs of my house from our rooftop. Just totally ignored me and walked out the door.This is not someone who backs his work. There are some people who have had seemingly good experiences with them, based on reviews, but my guess is these are people who were fortunate enough to not have any issues yet.He told ME to show HIM where the cracks or the leak origin was coming from. That's not how this is supposed to work. I'm not the expert. Especially when he was so confident the first 3 times I used him. He "knew" exactly what needed to be done each time to fix the leak. This is not how professionals handle business.EDIT: To their response below. I hired Orlando to FIX MY ROOF LEAK. Everytime he came over he said he knew exactly where the leak was coming from. The last time he was here he said the leak was coming from the fiberglass under my pilot door. So I paid him to take off the door, "fix" the fiber glass, and put the door back on.This did not fix the leak, and when he comes back he says "oh well maybe it's in the siding, that's not my problem, but it could also be the door still and if you want I can install a storm door for $5,000". FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install a storm door. This is the "screw off, I don't want to deal with you anymore" price.And need I remind you, he stormed out of my house and refused to talk to me. So sorry, your justification/response means nothing.

These guys had a terrible accident while installing fiberglass on my roof. They used equipment that didn’t belong to them which caused them to break a power line in front of my house and electrocute the entire house!! We literally have hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage to repair thanks to A&O. Their workers are completely careless and made a grossly negligent mistake that could have been deadly. Have to replace all of my windows and metal siding now because of them and move out of our home for weeks due to the electric problems. Use at your own risk!! I would never hire Alpha and Omega ever again.

Great job and easy to work with on our roof deck. Hired Alpha & Omega to fix the soft spots on our deck and repair/replace the fiberglass that had deteriorated. AOF was able to come out within a week and were very responsive with scheduling and any questions I had. The team of guys got to work right away and within 4 days all of the work on the roof deck was complete down to the new gelcoat. Our roof looks great, hard to believe so much was done within a week. They were professional and met all our jobs needs. Recommend working with AOF on any fiberglass work needed!

These guys are amazing! We needed our fiberglass roof recoated as it was showing signs of wear after ~4 years. Other roofers told us it would be at least a month before they could come out. AOF visited us the day after I called for a consult, and they were out to do the job later that week. Very professional & efficient! They even reattached some loose siding on our pilot house free of charge with the gel re-coating. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from start to finish! AOF was responsive both by phone and e-mail. They were quick to come out to assess the project, provided us with a written estimate, good price, and answered all of our questions. When we decided to move forward, we were scheduled within a few days (while a competitor had a 4-6 week wait)! The workers arrived on time, were friendly, and went above and beyond the scope of the estimate to repair the roof and make sure it was done right. This is a very professional, thorough, and responsive company. They diagnosed a fiberglass roof leak issue as a bad scupper box and replaced the box and regraded the fiberglass for a reasonable price.Their responsiveness was particularly amazing. It’s very difficult to find reliable fiberglass roofing contractors in Philadelphia (I called 4 and only Alpha & Omega answered/responded to messages), but these guys were out at my place for an estimate the same day I called, and the work was done 2 days later.They even came back 3 days later to adjust a bit of the grading that was resulting in pooling water and did that follow up work for free. My leak is fixed and the grading is great. Highly recommended.

Excellent job! I needed some minor repairs done to my fiberglass balcony, and when they were done, it looked better than it did when it was new! They scheduled the consultation the same day I reached out, and were able to come the next day to do the work. Very friendly and transparent. Reasonable with price. We had a very complex project involving the replacement of part of our flat roof and the waterproofing of our deck parapet walls. After unsuccessfully working with a general contractor that left our roof wide open for weeks, Orlando and his team were able to finish the repairs in a short period of time. They did an incredible job, closing the walls, replacing damaged wood, capping and waterproofing everything with fiberglass. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality was outstanding. On top of that, Orlando always communicated with us and offered creative solutions to any issues that arose during the repairs.

Our fiberglass roof deck had multiple cracks, rotting trim, and three soft spots where water was leaking into the house. After seeing positive reviews online, I called AOF for an estimate. AOF promptly returned my call, visited a few days later, and the entire project was completed a week later. Not only did they cut out and repair the soft spots, but they also refinished the deck, installed new trim around the roof, and rebuilt our drainage system, making the roof look brand new.AOF was professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the process, led by Orlando and Julian. Unlike other roofers who offered band-aid fixes (coating the roof in silicone, doing patch repairs, etc.), AOF was the only company to propose a comprehensive solution and, even better, it was at a reasonable price point. Within a week of contacting AOF Alpha and Omega Fiberglass, we had a complimentary quote, all our questions were answered and our fiberglass was repaired and resurfaced. It looks incredible! Unbelievably good! After a consultation with another top-rated roofing expert whose subsequent estimate was high, I called in these folks. Not only did they give me a great estimate, they also pointed out areas of my 4 year old roof that needed to be torn up and replaced. I was impressed. We hired AOF to do repairs to our fiberglass roof. They did a very good job. They identified the areas that were soft due to water penetration and cut them out, replaced support structure where required, replaced the underlayment, applied new fiberglass, and then repainted the entire roof. They also replaced our coping around the perimeter of the roof. They came and provided a quote in a timely manner, it was easy to schedule them for the actual work, the work was done well and on time and they took care to clean up after themselves. Of course, the real test will be the test of rain to make sure that we do not have any leaks but , from the quality of the work and how it looks, I do not foresee an issue with that. All in all, would recommend.

He gave some good and honest insight on what needs to be done. Promptly gave me an estimate. The crew came out on time and were efficient and did a great job. Julian and his team did an evaluation of my roof deck cracks and leaks and fixed by not just covering them with new fiberglass but also installing new plywood in those spots that needed it. The whole deck was sanded and a new gelcoat applied. I also got a new scupper put in to reduce water pooling. The deck looks great, and so far after several storms have passed through there is no sign of a leak.So all in all a good job was done and it only took a day.
