This company comes at illegal times every single night. I’ve been woken up Monday-SATURDAY between 3:30-4:30 AM for the last 8+ consecutive weeks. I know the business owner has spoken with them multiple times annd terminated their contract with them and Atheena still wont listen during the interim period. As much as I love this town it’s honestly making me want to move.

This company is constantly disruptive to North Philadelphia neighborhoods at 3 & 4 am. It is illegal in Philadelphia to pick up trash before 7 am. Multiple calls have been made to the owner of this company with no resolution. Do not use this company. Their ethics and morals are not right.

It’s illegal in Philadelphia to be loud/disruptive and pick up trash before 7am. If you want to be woken up at 3:30am-4:30am every single day then book with this company. They are constantly disruptive to the community on Fairmount Ave despite multiple reports to 311. If I were you, I would take my services elsewhere.

Have been using Athena Trash for a few years at all of our buildings in Philadelphia, both Residential and Commercial. James is one of the best in the business. The customer service and attention to detail is crucial in the property management business and Athena has never disappointed! I have had the misfortune of working with many other trash haulers and their response and support were lacking. The team in the field that services our buildings are excellent and go above and beyond. Started using Athena for our construction dumpster service recently and once again - great price - great service. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They are completely immoral. They pull up every day to take out the trash behind my building at 5 AM, even though this violates Philly ordinances. I am so sick and tired of getting woken up every day and every time I call they say they will take care of it but nothing ever changes. If you want to hire a company that doesn’t care about people, this is the one.

A truck from Athena regularly pulls into our parking lot to wait for doors to be opened across the street. We can't get into our lot yet they have been asked not to do this. When we called to complain to the owner, she was extremely rude. We have never had to complain about something like this before and are flabbergasted that her answer was call the cops! Couldn't care less about customer service or what's good for the community they serve.
