Called to get a roof hatch and access built. They came by quickly to assess and give estimate. I agreed and they finished work in one long single day. I needed a bit of tweaking after and they came back a few days later to fix issue. Timely and professional, will use for roofing needs in the future.

They came out within a few days of me calling to assess my porch roof, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled for the following week and showed up as scheduled to start my roof repair. They removed the old damaged wood, built an A‐frame peak to divert water away from my steps as requested and re shingled everything. They did a good job but left cosmetic issues unfinished, and did not return my calls or texts.

Extremely professional, very customer service oriented, (including his staff) and all paperwork was in order, including roof certification for the insurance company. The entire process was explained as well as maintenance. Our skylight & roof: main & porch were replaced. We were very impressed to see Mr. Williams with a fleet of trucks. We were disappointed upon the removal of the old satellite dish when our current cable service was affected, but Mr. Williams rectified the situation & asked us to contact service provider. So happy I found them. They came out to look at my dad's roof. Gave me a good price to do the roof and replace a very old skylight. The owner sent before and after pictures. The owner is very professional and the job was done within a day. I've already recommended them to my family members. It's hard to find good trustworthy people these days. I had C. Williams 2nd Generation Roofing give me a new Shingle Roof and gutters. I paid for a new shingle roof and gutters, flashing and boards. What I got was new shingles on top of my existing shingles, No flashing, and gutters that were slanted. I called C. Williams about the gutters he did not come back but told me that the gutters are supposed to be slanted within a year they were hanging. I called him about thee roof leaking and he stopped taking my calls. I paid for him to remove my old shingles and put on new shingles. When I call from a different number he answers promised to come back in a day or two and never shows up. He will not answer my calls at all now. So I'm now getting estimates from other roofers.In response to what you wrote your company indeed roll like that. Also I see that you gave me your phone number like I haven't been calling you. Yet again I call you and YOU DO NOT ANSWER. And you did put the new shingles on top of the old ones and I did not ask for that. I paid to have the old shingles removed and new shingles and some boards added. What I got was you put the new shingles on top of the old ones. So I know that you couldn't of replaced the boards you never took the old shingles off. Now my new roofer said that gutters are supposed to be on a slant. But the ones you put on are hanging down so no they weren't even installed correctly. I know exactly who I gave my money to, and who came to my home. C. Williams 2nd Generation Roofing.

I discovered that a squirrel had tore a hole in my roof. I called C Williams 2nd Generation Roofing left a voicemail and they promptly called me back and scheduled a visit within a couple days to look at my porch roof. They gave me a reasonable estimate and did the job in the same day. They removed the old wood and installed new wood then applied a new roof and silver coat. The work was fast and of great quality. The job was supposed to be a 2 day job and the owner showed up with a massive crew and completed the job in one day. They tore off the original terracotta shingles and replaced them with new shingles along with replacing damaged wood underneath. They also gave me a new rubber roof on the main roof and replaced two skylights. They gave me the best price by far. My roof was in really bad shape prior to the replacement. I had birds that had gotten into the roof and both skylights leaked really bad whenever it rained. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work! I highly recommend them. I also got a 20 year warranty instead of the 10 year warranty everyone else offered and I saved at least $2,000!Services: Roof inspection, Skylight installation, Roof damage repair

Very good experience. Went above and beyond to resolve a roofing issue at one of my properties in an extremely fast time frame. The roofers were wonderful. They came out to our house as promised and began the job, installing 4 new drain spouts and sealed a stucco wall that was attached to our roof. They did some work on my roof that came with a warranty, but now that I need repairs that are covered in the warranty they’re not answering the phone or returning my phone calls. After several attempts I finally got in touch with them after leaving several voicemails I finally got in touch with them after I called from a another persons phone and they told me they’ll be out on a Saturday . Now we we are here two weeks later after the no call no show I’m still trying to get in touch with them. So glad we worked with CW2G to construct our front porch and roof. In less than 1 week after contacting them, they came out to get the job done. These guys were working from 9-7 pm through the sun and rain, no breaks! They were awesome and professional and they built our roof in 2 days! I would be happy to work with this company again.
