This company is most excellent to work with. I had a really bad roof leak and they gave me timing information when they could do it. They were on time and fixed my problem most expeditiously. They kept me informed on everything they did. There were no hidden costs or surprises.Almost two years later I did have a bit of a problem with a bad leak. They came right out and assessed the issue. The problem was immediately rectified. There have been no further issues since then.Marcy was wonderful to work with. Chances are you will have to leave a message but she is great at returning calls within a day or so. She does a terrific job of keeping you informed every step of the way.I am very happy with the work they did. The price was in keeping with my budget. Their pricing is a lot more reasonable than most of the contractors I spoke with. I highly recommend them!! I will definitely use them again if needed.Service: Roof repair

Marcy and the rest of the group did a great job. We bought our house thinking we could get a few more years out of the roof until the first storms of the year. We got about six quotes, Castelli was far and away the best mix of value and guarantees. They explained what they were going to do and did it including addressing our chimney which two other roofers had quoted as a separate $1500 job for a mason. When we still had one leak, rather than five, they came back out, mucked an area I was concerned about but they weren’t. We eventually replaced the thirty year old siding and everything’s been great since. They were patient and got to the problem.They’re from the neighborhood, they get it, they do good work. I used Castelli to put a new roof on a house in Grays Ferry. They did great work at a reasonable price and they finished the job a day after I ordered it! Marcy, Robert, and the entire crew were great. They explained to me what they would be doing and even showed me pictures of the work after they had finished, which I appreciated. I was nervous about finding a trustworthy roofing company, and I'm happy I went with Castelli.

This is a family owned and operated company always striving to provide great customer service. Since they are family owned, it is sometimes hard to get to every call promptly so you have to sometimes be patient, but it's worth it since the quality of their work and workers are above standard. Pricing is competitive and workmanship is high quality.

They fixed my leak, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work even after we were settled. They're doing business the right way.

Called them to fix a leak that I showed them in person and they recommended a new roof. Long story short, they didn't fix the original leak and even worse, they caused another leak in an entirely new location due to angling a newly installed drainbox on the roof back to the house, rather than away from it. They denied this until I climbed on my roof and took a picture with a level showing the angle. They never fixed the original leak and blamed it on the siding. I hired another roofing company, who called their work a hack job, and they did fix the leak by installing proper roof flashing (not new siding). Avoid these people at all costs. Worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with in my life.

They did a roof coating job on all the companies properties last year, this year we have 2 properties that are leakin water on second floor bedrooms, I have called them they wouldn't answer the phone after they did marcy was very rude. She told me that I was like 50th called that they had and they were backed up. That someone will come back out to recheck their job. I'm stl waitin and it's been over 30 days. Will NEVER use them again. And would encourage to shop somewhere else.

Had them put a roof in. It wasn't seamed properly and the next rain I was filling buckets till they repaired. After that every three to six months the roof would have small leaks. They would come out touch it up but never fix the underlying issue. Eventually they stopped returning my calls and emails.
