CPR was recommended by our public adjuster, and we are glad they did. CPR showed up on time and let us know exactly what they were going to do. They were polite, professional, and hard workers. They worked efficiently to clean up the mess from the flood. Nick also made sure to take a lot of photos to send to the insurance company to submit our claim. He also looked beyond the obvious water damage and found that the water leaked under the laminate floor, this avoiding us having to deal with mold later (and maybe having to try and get more money from the insurance company. He let me know that the office would be calling to let us know when they would be back to pick up the fans and the trash. Would strongly recommend CPR

We recently had the team from CPR Restoration over to address a flooding issue from our hot water heater in our basement, and we must say, their service was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and thoroughness were evident. They quickly assessed the situation and clearly explained the necessary steps to resolve the issue. What really stood out was their foresight in handling the damaged materials. They meticulously packed the damaged carpet and sheetrock, making it easier for review for insurance purposes.Additionally, their small gestures, like bringing in the trash cans from the curb, did not go unnoticed. I came home from work to find a pipe broken above my living room ceiling. My insurance adjuster recommended I call Cpr Restoration.The two workers showed up at my house within about an hour of my call… Then a few more helpers showed up, and I was very pleased with how quickly they sucked up the water and cleaned up the mess. Within just a few days, everything was dry… I did have to pay my deductible, but other than that everything was covered by my homeowners insurance. I was very pleased with their speedy service, and thorough cleaning. I would recommend them any type of water cleanup -Joe

Had a property that contained a double overdose death with heroin and fentanyl. CPR restoration arrived at site after police investigation and coroner and decontaminated the deceased contents so we could return them to the relatives and then removed all the furnishings of the room and completely disinfected the area and cleaned/disinfected the HVAC system. Such excellent and professional service.

Had 3 guys out to remove drywall from a ceiling do to some leaking plumbing and they did a fantastic job. Covered nearly my entire living room in plastic and even swept and mopped at completion. If you're looking for a job done right Hire them!

CPR was nothing but Top Notch. From the time that they arrived until they left they were all so very nice and professional. They told us that they were covering everything to make sure there was no dust anywhere. I said ok, but tbh I was skeptical that there would be some dust at least somewhere. When they were finished their very nice and thorough supervisor went over everything with us just to make sure everything looked good. Tbh we couldn’t believe that they had NO DUST anywhere. It’s crazy how much debris they took out but still kept it clean. Great work guys and much appreciated. The Supervisor which I forget his name was great. Thank you!

When my finished basement flooded with a foot of water, it was a disaster… I had no idea where to start. After doing some online reviews I chose to go with CPR. Eric went to bat with handling everything with the claim and insurance to having a crew in and working within days. He was very thorough with follow ups and standards as of it were his own home. Needless to say my wife and I were very concerned and worried about where the source of the water leak. Our home was remodeled less than 7 years ago. Mike was very helpful in making decisions going forward in tracking the location of the water leak. He was very friendly, informative and professional. We needed someone to come clean up after we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our kitchen. The guys that came were professional, friendly, and hard working. The job was done way quicker than I expected and you would have never known they were there because they clean up well after themselves. Making the appointment was quick and easy and Brian was very responsive.
