Ray and his team were great! Super responsive showed up on time and when they were finished, didn't even know they were there! They replaced the roof for us and our neighbors twin condo as well as adding an additional shield barrier for better protection. I can not give Ray Farrell enough stars!!!First and foremost, customer service is outstanding with this company. He was fabulous to deal with from the moment we met him. He put the customer first from the initial phone call to the final walk through. We had our house sided and not only did they do a terrific job but they worked every day until the job was done and kept us informed the entire time which was especially important since we weren't on site.He is kind and honest and extremely reasonable. His prices can not be beat. I got 4 estimates and he beat them by a sizeable amount!

Ricky and the crew did an amazing job from start to finish! From the honest and fair estimate all the way through the scheduling the best time to work and actually doing the job, we couldn't recommend them any higher! The crew was professional and Ricky and Steve walked us through the installation and the benefits of getting the work done right. We had both a rolled roof and shingles installed and we're now confident when it rains or snows that the house is protected. Thanks to the whole Farrell Roofing family!

Farrell’s Roofing was the first and only choice for getting my roof looked at and given a much needed update. The owner came out for the estimate and he was very polite and straightforward. Two employees Nick and Steve came out to do the work- both Nick and Steve arrived on the scheduled date and they were courteous, respectful and extremely organized. They were so quiet that I could hardly hear them on my roof- I was amazed. When Nick and Steve left, my driveway was nice and clean… you wouldn’t have known that workers had been there. I am beyond pleased with Farrell’s Roofing and I am so glad I was able to get on their schedule. I understand the hype about this company and I have to agree- they are professional every step of the way. If you need work done on your roof, Farrell’s Roofing is the *only* choice in my opinion. I couldn't ask for anything better from a roofing company! Ricky was a pleasure to deal with. We had the roof, facia, and soffit done. Love it! What I really love is that Ray came out immediately when I had a concern. He saw it, and took care of it right away. No questions asked and would not take a penny from me until I was completely satisfied. Believe me, I begged him to! Really a quality roofer. His guys really took care of my house. Ray's honesty is what really makes him stand out. They could have wacked me for plywood, but instead told me I didn't need it and took it off bill. I'm a contractor, and know how shady some subcontractors can be in the roofing industry. NOT Farrell's roofing! Honest business with your satisfaction in mind!P.S. sorry it took so long for this post. Roof was done 9/23.

This organization was very professional with handlings of the entire job. The job was completed early and the workers stayed late to finish up the job because it was supposed to rain the following day. This business is licensed, insured and has been in business for many years. I can definitely see why they have been in business for so long after my experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have anything done to their roof. I had a full roof replacement.

Been a contractor for over 20 years. I am an EXTREMELY picky person. I’ve done quite a few roofs myself over the years, but getting too old for this stuff. And being in the business, I know how many hack roofers there are out there. I was very hesitant. The price was very fair and he was very professional so I decided to hire Farrel roofing. He sent his main guy Steve out . They went above and beyond to meet my high expectations. I was extremely happy with everything they did, and that they put up with me. I would recommend Farrel’s roofing to anybody if you hire anybody else I’d say your a fool.

There are very few contractors of any trade who are as genuinely pleasant, yet professional, as Farrell’s. I communicated with two members of the staff (Ray and Ricky) as well as the two roofers who did the work at the house (Steve and ?). All were wonderful. The job was completed but definitely not rushed. Pictures of the completed roof were provided and the price was fair. I am so appreciative of the person who recommended Farrell’s to me and would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a roof.

Ray, the owner of Farrell’s Roofing and his crew were professional, courteous, and had a great concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded any other roofing companies.When he came to do an assessment, Ray took pictures of my present roof and explained all that would be entailed in my new roof. He scribed up a worksheet with an estimate and gave me tentative dates for the work to be done.I now have a new roof with new pictures. Amazing work by the Farrell Team! Farrell's Roofing is the best! We were in desperate need for a new roof as the old one was in dire need of repair and sprouted a couple leeks. I reached out to Ray (owner) and within 10 min he responded. Ray came out the next day to check it out and give an estimate with a reasonable price. He also sent me a video of how bad the roof looked..Fast Forward...Hello new roof! Steve and Nick did an exceptional job. Showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up and were very professional. I may have more to add to this later but Ray and his team are top notch. We’ve had a persistent leaking problem in our row home and he’s come and done assessments and temporary treatments for us, currently at no cost. They’re always responsive, show up on time and don’t BS you. He explained everything to me each step of the way (without making me feel stupid) and is committed to making sure the job gets done. Very thankful to have them as my go-to roof/siding people now.I’d recommend anybody to work with them and if we do need the larger job of entirely replacing our siding and balcony roof, I’ll be hiring Farrell’s, no question. Do yourself a favor and call them for your next project, big or small, they really deserve the business.
