Absolutely wonderful experience with Frank and his crew. My wife and I had our primary bathroom redone by FCHR recently and could not be happier with the results, they were even better than expected. Our dingy, "vintage" bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched since the 60's.. needed an update badly. We had pretty much the entire room overhauled - new floor and wall tiling, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, window replacement, vanity and fixture installation, the works. Frank's team was at all times professional, courteous, and thorough - and communication across the board was excellent. The job was very fairly priced for the scope, and everything was completed in a relatively timely manner, given there were a few setbacks. In a world where it can be a dice roll when dealing with contractors - we were confident in Frank and his crew from the start and they exceeded expectations at every turn. Frank and his crew completed a full primary bathroom renovation for my partner and I in April of 2023 in Manayunk. Frank was extremely communicative, and his team was respectful, timely, and diligent. He was very transparent when they discovered additional water/mold damage during demolition, and presented us multiple options in how to mitigate. We were so pleased with First Class’s work, that we intend to have them complete additional work for us in the future. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Frank and his crew worked a miracle in my sad old bathroom! Frank gave me options and solutions that I didn’t think were possible and completely changed the floor plan of the room to make it modern and functional.Everyone on the job were punctual, professional, friendly and respectful. As a woman I was apprehensive of getting scammed in some way but Frank was completely transparent with costs, explained every step of the process and they finished the job in the time frame I was given. He even fixed my door handle that was kind of falling off, without me asking as a courtesy and didn’t even charge me I was shocked because a handyman had quoted me $125 / hr to fix it a few months ago.I would definitely give First Class a call when I’m ready for my next remodel - which will be the basement, I trust them a thousand percent that they’ll make it gorgeous! Plus my dog misses all of the attention she got from the crew so I’ll be in contact soon!Service: Bathroom remodeling

Response to business: I just read this business response to my review. I rated this business a month ago and now getting a response. If you didn't service my area, why request my information and say you would provide an estimate at the end of the week? Did you really say I pressured you? I called you and asked about an estimate, and you requested I text you my information, which I did. If that's pressure, then you shouldn't be in business. Now, I'd like to point out that responding by saying all my reviews are negative when they are not is deflecting. I was excited to contact FCHR for an estimate. I called and spoke with a gentleman who said he doesn't usually service my area but requested my information via text. He stated he would visit my home later in the week. He has yet to text, call, or visit my home. I would have appreciated it if he had just declined my request.
