We were given this number by our neighbor who was happy with their roof. We called him on a weekend thinking he would call back Monday but he called back over the weekend.He came out and assessed our roof that had shingles that had blown away. He patched it and emailed us an estimate on what a new roof would cost. Our roof was 22 years old.We forwarded the estimate and his number to our insurance agent. A few days later they both came and together.Our insurance company was impressed with the detailed estimate.We are very happy with our roof. My husband saw a few shingles that appeared not flat and they came out to look. They said they would flatten with the sun which they did.I would absolutely recommend them. We don’t like huge companies and prefer very small companies.

When my house was damaged from a storm I was freaking out not only because of the damage, but also because I was so worried about the insurance company and the contractor ripping me off. Fortunately, neither of those things happened because luckily my friend to referred me to Forte Roofing. Dan and his team held my hand through every step of the way, including helping me successfully navigate my claim. In addition to their great service, the work they did on my house was amazing.

After my house was hit with wind and hail, I was worried the insurance people wouldn’t be honest about all of the damage and I had no idea how to figure it out on my own. Fortunately I was connected with Dan from Forte Roofing. Dan’s patient and sincere approach is exactly what I needed to calm my nerves. His team made sure that all of the damage was accounted for by my insurance company and then they did an amazing job making my house look beautiful again. Dan is so thoughtful he even checked in months later after a huge storm in my area just to make sure everything was ok.

We had damage done to our roof and fence from a tree due to a bad storm. We called forte roofing & they were out the next day to look over the damages. They got all the information for our insurance and took care of everything for us which made the whole process stress free. Forte Roofing put on a new roof in the last quarter of 2022. About 4 months later I had another leak which was a result of a gutter backing up. I had had gutter guards put on my house many years ago and never had a problem. The roof was about 18 to 20 years old. After the 2nd leak I was told that it came from a clogged gutter. When they did the roof they also left flashing exposed. I called Dan at Forte and he never returned my calls. So I reached out to the Adjuster that I was working with , who also recommended Forte. Forte still has not come back to fix the exposed flashing. Also, Forte should NEVER have replaced my roof with the gutter guards on. They should have told me to have the gutter guards removed BEFORE replacing the roof. Had the gutter guards been removed first and then put back on after the roof was completed it would have not only saved a lot of money but also additional leakage. They replaced the roof and laid the roof on top of the gutter guards which made no sense and caused the guttlers to be dented. I have since had the gutter guards replaced to avoid any additional leaks, at my expense, which I'm not very happy about and I would never suggest Forte to anyone needing a roof. They may have have excellent reviews in the past, but that was in the past.

Very unprofessional company who does not stand by their 5 year warranty. I had them replace my ENTIRE roof in the fall of 2020 and experienced my first roof leak on Christmas Eve (within 2 months). They came out that Saturday to repair the hole and told me a "branch pierced my new roof". They showed me a picture of the hole that day, which was a gutter hole. Not sure what they did to repair anything. Because Dan blocked my number and would not return my calls or texts, I reached out to an independent roofing company to ask about the drainage hole and if it would cause any further leaks. The independent roofing company stated that Forte Roofing “cut a lot of corners” and gave me a costly estimate to fix the mistakes that Forte Roofing had done, including incorrect installation of the drainage hole and leaving my old flashing all around the roof. When I reached out to an associate at Forte Roofing to see if they could repair the roof under the warranty, Dan told me my warranty was void and that I would have to take him to court. He made threats against me and called me names. I can’t believe an owner of a company would talk to a client this way. In essence, this company is a nightmare, stay far far away if you know what is good for you.Addendum: I am fully aware that the hole is a drainage hole (I am a professor with my doctorate degree). The drainage hole was not done correctly, as verified by a third party roofer, as you can see it was cut hastily and not opened up correctly. Forte Roofing also did not replace the flashing around the roof which you can see from the pictures. When I reached out to Dan about coming out to install new flashing and repair the drainage hole, he repeatedly told me "See you in court" and that my warranty was void. This is the truth. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Update: After continued problems with the roof that Forte Roofing installed, my entire roof needed to be replaced in February 2021 by a reputable and accredited roofing company. I have uploaded multiple "before" pictures of the roof that Forte installed...Forte roofing never removed my 30 year old roof, and simply replaced a new roof on top of my old roof. As you can see, the roofing was not adhering correctly to the surface in multiple places because it was installed over a 30 year old roof. The install itself was not done correctly and the membrane was peeling right off. There are exposed nails on the roof, the flashing was not replaced but was instead "patched" in some places and not others. The hole that Forte Roofing claimed was incurred due to a "branch" was in fact a drainage hold that was not installed correctly, and had to be re-done. I have not been able to communicate with Forte Roofing because they have blocked my number. See you in court.

Forte roofing did a wonderful job on installing our new roof! Dan and his entire staff were extremely professional throughout the whole process answered all of our questions & concerns and Sean even helped us decide on the color roof that would look best with my house! Foreman Lenny & Josh were very kind and made sure the job was done properly. My husband and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

They all had beautiful new roofs installed efficiently, clean and timely. Joe was awesome and Forte did an amazing job start to finish. I called Joe after i got his name from a neighbor. He helped me throughout the whole process and stuck with me dealing with my insurance company. Through multiple challenges he helped get me the coverage for two nasty storms and significant roof damage. Once approved, his guys were on site in less than a week and completed the full roof replacement in a day. He bas been responsive, professional and hard working. Dan the owner was involved behind the scenes and made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommend Dan Forte Roofing and Joe Adair.

Forte Roofing was absolutely outstanding. They have done several other homes in the neighborhood & everyone was very pleased with their workmanship. Another reason was their foreman (Lenny) stayed on the job site all day long until the work was completed and to answer any questions & giving me progress reports throughout the day. Wildly unprofessional company. I recently moved into a house that forte roofing worked on within their range of warranty. I politely called the company, left a voicemail with the pertinent details and asked them to call me back. Instead, I was texted by someone who did not announce who they were - they just claimed that it was not covered under their warranty. When I innocent asked why this was (since the warranty says “five years” and it’s only been three years), I was berated by the gentleman, who said “it’s been three years, give me a break pal.” He then instructed me to call his lawyer and became aggressive for no reason. If you do not want to honor a warranty, just say it. People deserve to be treated with dignity, especially when they treat you with respect. If you cannot understand this code of conduct, then you shouldn’t own a business where you have to interface with human beings

Very happy with Forte Roofing. For starters, they actually answered their phones (a bigger deal than it sounds). Joe came out the same day to provide an estimate and a few days later an entire crew showed up to complete the job. Pricing was fair and the job looks great (aluminum flashing around the roof and windows).

What an experience!! I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Arrogant and not skilled at what they do. Do not stand by their work. This photo is of a completed section of a flat roof. Looks absolutely horrible and has water pooling on the edges. He will not come and even look at it. He has so many excuses on why the roof looks awful. It’s apparently our fault or our roofs pitch. Not at all is lack of expertise.Left such a mess with the nails and sharp objects. The kids are still finding things in the yard. Not safe at all.Just save yourselves.Service: Installation
