Wouldn't used this company. They are not reliable. My parents had worked done last year. The shingles started to fall down within months. They came back and fixed them. fast forward to three weeks ago and other ones are starting to fall and come unglued. We have attempted to call them at all associated telephones and have left messages. They don't call back.Service: Roof repair

Had my roof done by this company in 2012 and developed leaking recently. When I called several times they didn’t answer or respond. Finally they responded and came out to take a look. The only response I got was “well, your gutters are not on right”. When I informed them that THEY were the ones who installed them he gave me the ABSURD answer that “we must have told them to put them in that way”. Adams did ALL of the work on my house. Siding, roof, windows, etc. I used to recommend them to everyone but now I see that they, in fact, installed the gutters wrong which helped to create the problem I am having now. I even asked them to give me an estimate for correcting the problem but got no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They installed my siding, after just 3 years, there was a leak developing in my ceiling, we discovered that it was coming from my siding, there was a gap under the J Channel where rain was coming through, I contacted Francis X Adams to ask if they can come to check it out, one of the owners totally acted like he wasn't interested, didn't want to be bothered, told me the company would come out , I texted photos of the gap & leak damage in my ceiling, they never came, never replied to any of my calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Just wanted to state got a "brand new roof" in 2015 from this company that had to be completely redone this week. Ran the roof in the wrong direction, leaks on a brand new ceiling in one bedroom. They came out twice made up excuses never repaired. Glad ANOTHER company finally fixed my roof!Service: Roof installation

Spoke with them about the purchase and installation of one window. Was told that they would get back to me about setting up a visit for measurements. Waited 10 days, heard nothing. I left a message with them and have not heard back since.
