After trying to contact Garrison roofing multiple times by telephone and please know that they do not answer the phone but have 3 different numbers listed.I finally submitted a work order via website. 3 days later I receive a email with a jacked up price based off a drone footage inspection. They did not contact me personally about when they would arrive and never did they ring my doorbell.Terrible customer service and using a drone camera to do inspections is not acceptable. You actually need to get on the roof and do a physical inspection to see and feel.

Professional salesman extremely competent labor crew. One guy cleaned my gutters out n brought the garbage cans in without me asking. Felt like it was old timey service I bout gas stations in movies. The soffitts n metal capping came out better than expected and no more painting. Would recommend to anybody. They demonstrated a versatile knowledge in all facets of home improvements. Impressive company I told the foreman to open a trade school he thanked me for the compliment. Very good experience wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future construction endeavors

1/17/24 UPDATE - terrible roofing company. Almost of my roofs are leaking. I literally had to pay another roofing company to install a new roof on one of my properties and may have to do the same on others. On one roof, he claims he went back up at least 3 times and roof is still leaking. I referred him to my partner and his roof is leaking too. Non responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. The team at the office was extremely attentive and responsive. The team on site was also very polite and thorough cleaning up after the job. The price was a bit steep for my taste but other than that I am satisfied.

I searched for a Roofing Company on Instagram and came across Garrison and called the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I received the free estimate but it was beyond what I was looking for at the time but pretty sure the work that was suggested is what I need so I was hesitant about speaking with them. Garrison roofing is by far the best roofing company I’ve worked with. I recently put my house on the market, but needed the roof redone prior to. When I called, I spoke to Rob Garrison and he set me up with someone to come out and do a quote, he was extremely nice and professional. They were there right on time for the quote and I was very happy with the price. When they came out to do the job, everyone was incredibly nice, especially Ray! He helped me carry in a few heavy Chewy boxes I had on my front porch. I 10/10 recommend them! I was super happy with the outcome and so is the new owners! I contacted Garrison after monitoring their IG page for several months. I was impressed with their work so I reached out for an estimate. They came out immediately and offered a written estimate and told me it was good until the end of the year and came with a warranty. They were not offended when I told them I wanted to have my husband and my father look at the estimate. On the day of service, they arrived early, let me know they were there and went straight to work. My full main roof replacement and porch roof repair took less than a day. They emailed me pictures of the finished roofs and all paperwork for my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend Garrison Roofing. Their prices are fair and they are professional. they also don't mind answering any questions you may have about the details of your service. Your home is your most expensive investment, and a roof on of the most expensive elements of the house. I called the company to replaced my mother’s roof. However due to my busy schedule I was unable to met with them physically. They were so understanding and we did the entire transaction electronically. They send me pics of the updated roof and pics of them replacing the actual roof. I payed a different company to install my roof and they did a terrible job and did not complete it 100% I called Garrison Roofing and they came out next day and fixed everything the correct way. I had work done by this company and the initial response was fast BUT once it rained again after the work was done my roof started to leak in a different spot and I’ve been calling to get them to comeback out to fix it for 2 weeks with no response! Here it is raining AGAIN and now the damage to the inside of my home is getting worst! Still NO RESPONSE !!

I am unable to count the amount of Roofers I have hired to come and stop a roof leak at my home. None were able to get it. So I call Garrison roofing as my last option and thank God I did ! They stopped the leak their first try unlike the other Roofers I had come out ! Not only that , the workers are very respectful and well-spoken. I was recommended this company by someone whom uses them on their investment properties in Philadelphia. I contacted the company and they promptly got back to me with pictures of my roof. They also provided a detailed work order, answered the many questions I had and honored a special I saw them advertising. A date(which was beyond cold)and time was set for 8 am. They were at my property at 7:40 am! The three workers were pleasant, professional and went straight to work.The work was exceptional and a guaranteed warranty for 15 years. I got my porch roof “repaired” in January of 2022 due to leaks within my enclosed porch. During our telephone consultation Robert set up a date with me to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. The day came and went I was not notified by anyone as that was the agreement. I look in my email and see that I have had my roof “inspected” with sky photos and all. The inspection and estimate was given on my home and I was not even notified of anyone coming out. Next, the day of the job the team came out on an agreed date “repaired” my porch roof. Next, i paid, but got an invoice with a $100 discount which I was never given back. After about two weeks to a month the leaks started again, i notified the team and they came out without notifying me again. I just so happen to be coming out of my house when I saw them. Next the leaks happened multiple times snd I reached out via email several times and never was assisted. When I reached back out on IG and text Rob said the office manager who handles emails was out of the office and he’d help. Rob explained that he would schedule a time to come out but came out on his own again without notifying me. This time after he completed “repairs” he said my roof was 100 and it was my neighbors roof and then proceeded to do work on their roof without permission from either me or them. Now after severe rain yesterday, the leaks have gotten extremely worse. I reached out on IG again and the messages were read without response. At this point I don’t know how to get a response other than leave a negative review as i see he replies to that as it may affect his business opportunities. At this point I am requesting a full refund and the 15 year warranty to be honored. One of two things happened, the work that was done was not done right or two my roof was misdiagnosed by his team.
