Beware of signing anything with this company. When I called the Owner to make him aware his workers had not secured the basement door, his response was "I don't do anything I don't get paid for." The adjuster from Capitol Adjustment paid Guardian $40,000 directly from my settlement. This was after they received $19,000 from my insurance company for similar work. After reviewing the demo of the property, they left the concrete floor in the bathroom. PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!

There was a fire at my grandmother's house that caused some serious damage. I handled scouting companies and finding a reliable company to restore her house. Being that she's older and loves alone, this was a very stressful time for her. I found Guardian Restoration among other companies, but they stuck out from all of them. I decided to go with this company to handle the restoration of my grandmothers house and I do not regret it!Everything was completed before the expected time, all employees who came were very professional and respectable! My grandmother and I were told about each step in the process as it occurred. The price point was great and competitive. I can't say enough good things about this company! AMAZING is the only word to describe them ! My basement was flooded out and everything damaged. I didn’t know where to begin. Luckily Jason and his team came in, removed ALL the debris and treated all my walls and flooring ! Jason was a true guardian angel that day. I give them a 10 out of 10! I would give zero stars if I could. Called for a free quote like advertised on their website and the person who answered the phone was rude, I asked him if I could get an estimate and he immediately said "No i'm not interested", I asked if this was Guardian Restoration and he replied yeah. I then stated that his website said you give free quotes and he said, "I don't know what to tell you buddy". I just said ok and that was the end of the call. Don't waste your time with this company, they must get contracts other ways because all these reviews are probably bogus.
