I am still waiting for the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with to fix the major mistakes made to my house, after calling themselves “ 100% done”. I am still waiting for the hanging aluminum to be fixed, the gaps in the siding to be remedied, the trash to be removed from my porch roof. Still waiting after hearing all this week- “ I’ll be there, they’ll be there tomorrow “. If you enjoy daily headaches, slipshod work, empty promises, mansplaining incompetence and lies- book them immediately!! They will NOT disappoint.

John has worked on our house for about 15 years. New flat roof, copper bay window, copper porch roof. John will tell you like it is. If you can't take someone direct and truthful you should continue looking. I've seen John several times explain to people that they don't need new roofs. I would not recommend doing business with Kim Ricketts or her company J&K Roofing. She is completely self-centered and unreasonable selfish. We had a deal and I kept my end of the bargain. She took advantage. We don't need people like her.

If you are looking for roof work you can stop your search right here. When I say amazing I seriously mean it. I called, they came out 3 hours later, gave me a quote. The next morning they were on my roof doing the work. They were done in a very timely manner. The work was beyond satisfactory and it was very professional. I was impressed. If you are looking for patch work do not waste your time to call them. Quality roofing is hard to come across. If you really want to secure your home you should contact them. They're worth it. By the way his name is John. John answers his phone, and returns calls. Please keep in mind he does roof work. So if it takes him some time to reply just be patient. The job is dangerous and they're doing their best. How would you feel if someone was working on your property handling a bunch of calls not related to your project.?

John and his crew at J&K Roofing are the best!!! I have had two jobs done by them and I could not be more pleased with the results. You know you have an excellent job done when the job is finished and a sever rainstorm comes just as they are finishing and no leaks anywhere. I would recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy and reasonable pricing.

From start to finish, working with John from J & K roofing was a breeze. His team delivered everything they said they would in a professional, efficient and timely manner. I had some initial concerns about the length of time the job would take and the potential disruption to my community that may be imposed given I live in a townhome community, but John's team delivered in a big way. They were literally in and out in a matter of 2 days replacing my entire roof including sub-roof boards that were deteriorated. If you're looking for a quality new roof with extremely fair pricing, look know further. Call John from J & K roofing: you won't be disappointed!

I have been working with J&K roofing for the past 9 years. They have done two roofs for me in West Philadelphia. I felt compelled to leave this review because I just had one of my roofs start leaking. It turns out that another contractor incorrectly ran a pipe and did not put the appropriate flashing to ensure that it did not leak.The review I am leaving is because J&K is SO PROFESSIONAL. Every time I have had to call to follow up on a job that they did, they always show up. They stand by their word and their warranties and that matters when you are investing in properties. I would recommend them time and time again to anyone who is looking for a quality, reliable and affordable roofing contractor. By far one of the best contractors I have worked with since I first started investing in real estate.

Paid roofer for a new roof and got a cover up job and puddles of water worse than before. Overpriced and sloppy work. Owner was very rude when asked to correct issues and resulted in arguing for no reason. Please be careful before hiring this smooth talking roofer.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation

We are astonished at J&K's behavior. A J&K roofing truck was in the neighborhood and just ran into our mini-van as we were in the middle of a move out of our apartment and shattered our mirror. The J&K truck literally ran off when my partner approached them. Ridiculous and cowardly.We will amend this review if J&K ever picks up the phone to respond about this matter and compensate us for repairs to our vehicle. As such, this behavior is both reckless, irresponsible and dangerous, especially in a West Philly neighborhood with so many children around!Shame on you, J&K. Maybe you put on good roofs, but you sure are crappy human beings. :(

This company did 2 roofs for me. Very professional workers. Quality work with guarantees n certifications given. They even advocated on my behalf against another roofing company who purposely did 2 roofs incorrectly n caused major damage, not once but twice. J &K met with the jack leg company , went on the roof n ponted out everything they did improperly less then 4 months prior. This company will be doing all my roofs hopefully. 3 down nb3 more to go! All this rain is killing my pockets

Just called to see if someone could come check out my roof and let me know what, if anything, needed to be done. I explained to the person that I may need a coating but I'm not sure what kind of coating. She did not listen to anything I said and suggested I call someone else since they don't do tar coating (which I never said I needed!). I wonder if the owner knows their "secretary" is causing them to lose business.

There pizza is made from fresh dough cooked in a brick oven. I got a pepperoni which had fresh mozzarella.and a nice thin crust.. My wife got the fish platter which was very tasty and came with salad and fresh rolls
