We've used this outfit for a number of different jobs from big ticket to small handyman stuff... they just left after putting in a new back door. Our first experience with them was with redoing the whole outside of our house. It was a big job. They tore down and replaced our "Buttouts(?)", I don't even know what they are called, then fixed the roof, then fixed back windows that were leaking. All great work and reasonably priced. They did that so well we had them come back and do the inside. Dry walling and painting the whole interior, then sealing our basement(moisture, leaks, etc..). Always professional, reliable, good pricing, and most of all they stand behind the work! We've worked with many different contractors over the years and finding a good one is a challenge. I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside when you have a good contractor is they may not be available, they're too damn busy. Beg to get them, it's what I did, LOL.

Drew and his team just completed a powder room update, removed my awnings and added a few outlets. They were always on time, professional, and clean! You'd never know that they sanded or cut into the plaster as there was never a mess. When Drew came for the initial walk-through, he actually talked me out of two projects I thought I had to do and offered very helpful advice. He is honest and his pricing is fair. I have already recommended him to multiple friends and neighbors who have hired him as well. Drew built us beautiful custom shelving in one bedroom and completely redid our deck. He is so easy to communicate with both via phone while planning and in person while the work is being done. He and his crew were timely and very respectful of our space. His upfront estimates were accurate and his work finished on time if not early. We have some other work that needs to be done in the house and we will definitely be reaching out to LemonHill Builders in the future.

It’s taken me a while to write this review because I wanted to do justice to Lemon Hill Builders. Me and my husband were nervous about our first major project in our house ( a bathroom remodel) and Andrew, the owner, was a dream to work with from day one. He and his crew are cut above the rest for the following reasons:1. Andrew keeps in communication with you daily. There were no “no call no shows” and when a problem arises he made sure to talk to us immediately. When we needed a meeting to discuss the project he was always willing to meet, and showed a genuine interest in our concerns and valued our input.2. Andrew and his crew showed complete professionalism throughout the project. They prepped our house that that the dust and dirt in other parts of the house was kept to a minimum. They were polite and cool guys to talk to. They cleaned up the days dust every day. And, when they say they show up to work every day ON TIME.3. The level of work is incredible. Our bathroom is beautiful. It looks like something out of a magazine. I won’t go into detail, but we chose a tile that had a strange pattern, so cutting it to accommodate three walls in our bathroom would be hard to do. Lemon Hill’s tile work is on point. Period.4. There was complete transparency about pricing. I don’t really think I can say anything more about this, because it’s awesome in and of itself. Drew gave us a thorough document of how everything was being priced and why. That reminds me, trustworthiness is off the charts with these guys.5. Collaboration is very high in the working relationship with you and Andrew. This was very important for us because we were overwhelmed with the scope of the project before we hired Lemon Hill. Andrew worked with us throughout every step.I hope this review helps. We are definitely going to use Lemon Hill Builders for future projects. Drew and his team were PROFESSIONAL, reliable, efficient, clean, Covid-safe, and trustworthy. Lemon Hill Builders installed & repaired the following: our kitchen backsplash, French doors, light fixtures/chandeliers, water damage/leaks, plumbing, and roof. They also painted, and handled anything and everything requested of them. Drew kept to strict timelines, and always kept a tidy workspace. We hired Lemon Hill Builder twice. The first time to rebuild 1/3 of my house after a flood. They were with us for months and the work included gutting and renovating a bathroom that turned out amazingly. The second time we hired them was to build a powder room addition. Both times, they were on-time every day and had a crew that were friendly and kind to our young kids. Drew and his crew loved our dog, but not as much as she loved them. I referred several friends to Lemon Hill Builders and they have all been satisfied, often referring the company to their friends.

Working with Drew and his team has been a fantastic experience. We had planned a small bathroom remodel, which turned into a much larger project when they discovered serious structural issues with our roof and walls. Drew kept this from turning into a nightmare! We knew exactly what was happening, what our options were going to be, how much things would cost, and when work would be completed. The guys were like something out of a "how things used to be in the good old days" reminiscence too: showed up right when they said they would every day, worked crazy hard, were super respectful of us and our house throughout.And the finished bathroom is perfect. We got exactly what we wanted, for a really fair price, and with an insane attention to detail. I never thought our little South Philly bathroom could look this luxurious!
