Five stars aren't enough to rate Niva. Loved all aspects of their services. They were prompt, professional and performed the job as exactly as requested. Like most homeowners, I am always weary of hiring random contractors to do work on my house. I am so glad I called Niva. I will use their services again, and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I hired Niva Group through a referral from a well-respected general contractor in the region whom I trust. Niva Group removed and replaced my flat roof with a TPO application. 5 Stars! Absolutely a wonderful company to work with, after speaking to the office manager and the Roofing Supervisor gentleman, whom came to our home to give a free estimate, at our own convenience and time, for a roof replacement and skylight replacement work, he gave us shingle samples, explained in detail work all the work that would be done, pointed out a few things, seemed very well versed in his field and quite knowledgeable.Please note: I am a contractors wife, so I definitely researched all the contractors whom came to give us estimates, and work that needed to be done, my husband did not have the time right now to do our own roof.He and I both agreed that their proposal was spot on clear and concise, and an affordable price too, so we chose them over 5 other roofing companies, and we are certainly glad we did, the NIVA Group definitely proved they are experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.We had a great crew of men come out that did our job in 1 day. I was here, and the job went well, clean up done to my satisfaction, roof looks great! We love it!My husband (a contractor himself) climbed up on roof after roof was completed, and looked it over, was impressed, noted job well done!We are glad we chose them, we both would highly recommended using the NIVA Group for your roofing needs, we are extremely happy with the results! Can only speak to my experience with this company. Extremely disorganized. Problem after problem with jobs. Have to revisit the majority of jobs multiple times to fix leaks. Plan on a 2 week job taking at least a month. The owner is dishonest and will find any excuse not to pay the workers so obviously they don't work as good or as hard as they could. It's only a about money. The owner Nick has no employees and is loosing his subcontractors one by one due to not paying at all or in full. Everything will seem good at the start...the price he gives are very reasonable, but decent else is a nightmare. Good luck dealing with this fly by night company.
