I recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team at Nu-View for the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. My home is from 1816 and we had some trouble finding someone who would take on such an extensive project.From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. I am very picky and the attention to detail and their desire to always go back and change anything I wanted really made the working relationship that much better!The kitchen transformation is of remarkable. The design expertise brought a fresh and modern look to the space, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The team's dedication to ensuring the remodel aligned with my vision was truly impressive.Similarly, the bathroom remodel was executed with precision and care. The fixtures and finishes match perfectly with the ole world look and was suggested by the team and added a touch of elegance, turning the bathroom into a luxurious spa like retreat.The efficiency with which they tackled the project while maintaining a high level of workmanship was commendable.What sets Nu-View apart is their professionalism and communication. The team was always on time, and any concerns or questions I had were promptly addressed. I really wanted to like these guys. After reading all the positive reviews, I went to bat for them especially since they were on the higher end of the quotes we’ve received for our 1.5 bathrooms. We were expecting premium service but got mediocre work and service. Our project was over time and over budget. The cleanliness was neglected. Contract contradicted itself that transpire to a she-said/he-said battle on the daily. We felt nickel-and-dimed for everything little thing including the layout of the tiles and the type of window, which we thought should’ve been included in the $17K (labor only). Omri was communicative but uncooperative. We practically paid them in full, they allowed us to keep $200 out of $17K as a retainer and they left the job unfinished. Honestly, I rather close the project and find someone else to complete it than feel unheard and having to constantly haggle about trivial things.

Great company. So professional and responsive. I've seen some of their work with my own eyes. Just got an estimate for HW floors and it's the best one, I received so far. I can't wait to get started and will give another update when the done work is done. 👍🏾
