Optimal Power Wash has worked on several jobs at my residence and each time the service has been reasonably priced, done with professionalism and high quality! They power washed my house which has both brick and aluminum siding and it looks amazing! They also power washed and stained my deck and it looks brand new! They even went so far as to replace a few boards on the deck for me as well. Finally, I have some large stones throughout my flower bed that they also power washed which really enhanced the curb appeal of my home. I will definitely continue using their services!

I don't think my awnings had been cleaned since they were put up 60 years ago. Rudy was quick to respond to my inquiry I submitted via his website, was able to come out within the week, and was incredibly thorough in cleaning my first & second floor awnings. And when he was done, he not only cleaned the sidewalk in front of my house but cleaned in front of my neighbors' houses as well. Well worth the money, and I'll be getting yearly cleanings from now on.
