Absolutely fantastic work! I had new windows and doors installed throughtout my house and 10 rental properties. All work was of the highest quality and the price was very reasonable. They showed up on time and were very professional and did the job very efficiently. Could not have asked for a better result. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

When I bought my new house, I needed 4 windows replaced. I contacted Perma Seal as a recommendation of a friend, and had my windows replaced within a week for a better price than the other three companies I got quotes from. The work was great, the windows are of the highest quality and two years later look and work as good as the day they were installed.Highly recommend!

I hired permaseal to install windows and do some siding work on my home and I could not be happier with the outcome! The crew was polite and hardworking and did a phenomenal job!! Lane was very attentive and explained everything from start to finish in detail and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make this a smooth process!! The owner Lane Lankerson(If that's really his name), is the worse. I realized later on that he overcharged me for my 4 security doors, unprofessional job on the coating of my roof, tacky job on putting up aluminium siding etc. I reported him to BBB, so I know they don't have an A+ on BBB. Now, springing forward he has people constantly calling me. Little do he know is that my Wife is law enforcement and I have his info. So, I kindly called him to ask his people to stop harassing me and he says,"And what you gonna do, I'm going to tell the office to call you right now". Mind you, when I called the main number, he said his name is Bob. What I posted has been turned over to the District Attorney. I just wanted to be left alone. I only have a 1 star, because I couldn't give a review without one. So, Lane if you write what you wrote on the other posts, you have my number because as soon as I have you my name you asked,"How is your Mother". You suck as a business man and you'll never get my business or anyone else I know. I promise you that. Plus, since you started this harassment, every place I'm able to review your company.......I will!!!!! Now, you can keep playing if you want.Hey Lane,I wrote this 6 yrs ago and you’re finally responding. Now, you know money was NEVER the issue. I paid you to do siding on my home, which should last 25-30 yrs correct? I bought my home in 2009, then purchased security doors, siding and other work from you. As of present, I had to have YOUR siding torn down and replaced with siding/insulation totaling $30,000(this took place in 2018). If your siding job was all of that, why did I have to replace siding so soon?Also, if this company was so great….a grade of 3.6 don’t reflect that. Your guys did my siding on a ladder, that I learned was incorrect. Lane, we’re not going to keep doing this. If money was an issue you would’ve took me to court. I have pictures and all. Hired Perma Seal to remodel my master bathroom, small bathroom. I paid Lane in cash. Nothing was wrong with my bathroom just wanted it updated. Perma Seal, the subcontractors they had installed a new shower. My fist shower after the install, felt like the shower floor was going to cave in. Shortly after our dining ceiling started to leak. I called Perma Seal Lane came out and stood in my shower and flat out told me the floor was suppose to feel like that. Shower not meant for two people to stand in it. Then he had the same contractors come out to repair my dining room ceiling by stuffing paper in my ceiling and new plaster. Being totally fed up we called another contractor to make the repairs. Perma Seal damaged the pipe in the shower and did not install it correctly which caused the floor to feel weak. Basically, the new contractor had to rip everything out and reinstall. Perma Seal had the floor of the shower sitting directly on the pipe their contractor did not install a base. I had to pay again for work that was not installed correctly by Perma Seal. I was mortified because Lane appeared to be very nice I could not believe the poor quality of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY USE BELOW STANDARD SUBCONTRACTORS NOT RATED!!!!!!!Services: Tile work installation, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation

Perma Seal was contracted to do work at my property. A feminine man named Lane came to my property and gave me a price and I agreed. I paid him and he took my window screens to repair. I paid him in advance. After 7 months he never returned my repaired window screens. After many calls to Perma Seal they took my money and property. They took advantage of disabled seniors. Many complaints have been filed with the BBB and the PA Atty . Generals office all remain unanswered. Please check out this company before you pay them to do work at your home. Truly ,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They installed a storm door for me in May, 2020. (They installed 3 storm doors for one neighbor, and 1 storm door for another neighbor, who are also unsatisfied customers.) My storm door was not installed properly. It’s already separating from the door jamb. This is a storm door in the back of my house, and it is rarely used, so there is no reason for this other than shoddy installation!!! I contacted the owner/manager, Layne, as soon as I saw the problem. He claimed he would have someone look at it. MONTHS WENT BY. I continued to call and text him to no avail. He wouldn’t answer my phone calls and wouldn’t give me a straight answer via text. He continued to use the pandemic as an excuse. The pandemic was in full swing when he came to my home to show me the catalog of doors I could choose from. The pandemic was also in full swing when he sent his original worker to install the door! Furthermore, The pandemic was raging when he took my money! We got a lawyer to send him a letter and he still has not responded! This company is horrible!!! And Layne is not trustworthy. It’s been almost one year since the install and Layne has never contacted me to schedule a visit or fix the problem! He was eager and communicative until he got our money, and then he just went silent. SHODDY INSTALLATION and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I never actually hired this company but my neighbor did to do some painting on his balcony. They did not properly prepare for the wind and the paint/epoxy sprayed onto my balconies, driveway and patio furniture. This happened 5 months ago and they still will not return phone calls or file an insurance claim for their negligence. Bottom line is they will not take responsibility and now we have to pay thousands and thousands of dollars to replace what they ruined.

I had a rubber roof installed and they put doors on my garage, and a screen door installed. They did a pretty good job on the garage & screendoor but a shotty job on my new rubber roof. Within a year the roof leaked. 5 years later as part of my warranty I had the roof resealed and more leaks popped up. A new roofing company worked on the house a few doors down & knocked on my door to tell me my rubber roof was bulkling & needed to be repaired. I called Permaseal back sent them pictures & they immediately had two buffoons come out with sealant only 2-3 cans. They looked like drunks that were pulled off the street. Needless to say the roof was never fixed. I ended up using another roofing contractor to replace the roof.

They were suppose to install 8 windows only installed 7 said they had to order the other window when it’s clearly writin on the contract. The workers were junkies one was sleep in the truck..had my house smelling like cigarettes (I don’t smoke)Then I called to inquire about the un installed window with no call back.How do I have a lifetime warranty on windows and they don’t call back.Lane and his staff were nice and professional when it was time to take my money but now they won’t call me back.

my name is rocco moffo over a year ago you installed a door with a 25 yr warranty, now the air is coming into the bottom and i am told only the steel on the door is under warranty, not the gasket if they are bad, you mis lead me never again, i paid more for your door because of the salesman pitch about your warranty, its a bunch of bull, people just beware if something goes wrong you will be charged

THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS FIRST AND FOREMOST. I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF AND SPEAK ABOUT HOW THIS IS MY 3RD TIME USING PERMA SEAL'S SERVICE BUT ALSO THE WORST OF THEM ALL. WITHIN THE LAST 5YRS I'VE PURCHASED A SECURITY STORM DOOR FOR MY BACK DOOR AND AN ENTRY DOOR FOR THE BACK AND GLASS BLOCK FOR MY BASEMENT AND TODAY JANUARY 6,2017 I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A SECURITY STORM DOOR FOR MY FRONT INSTALLED. STARTING BACK IN NOVEMBER ON THE 3RD DAY 2016 IS WHEN I PICKED OUT MY DOOR AND PUT A DOWN PAYMENT FOR MY DOOR $400. I WAS TOLD AND ALSO ON MY RECEIPT STATES THAT 5-6WEEKS MY DOOR WILL BE INSTALLED. AROUND THE 8TH WEEK I BEGAN LEAVING MESSAGES WITH NO RETURNED CALLS. AFTER THE 3RD OR 4TH CALL I LEFT A MESSAGE STATING I WANT MY DOWN PAYMENT RETURNED DUE TO NOT KNOWING THE STATUS OF WHEN MY DOOR WOULD COME AND NO CORRESPONDING FROM THE OWNER. AND MY HUSBAND AND WILL BE AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT TO PICK IT UP I GOT A CALL LEFT ON MY VOICEMAIL (CELL PHONE) THAT NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO REACH ME. NEVERTHELESS THIS IS NOW THE END OF DECEMBER AND I GET THE OWNER ON THE PHONE AND HE SAYS "DUE TO THE NEW YEAR APPROACHING I COULDN'T GET MY DOOR INSTALLED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY JANUARY 6,2017 BEFORE 12:00PM. I DIDN'T GO TO WORK THIS DAY DUE TO THEM COMING. HOWEVER FRIDAY COMES AND 12PM CAME AND WENT. 12:35PM EXACTLY I CONTACT PERMA SEAL AND SIMPLY ASK WHERE WE'RE THEY IT'S NOW 12:35PM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE BEFORE 12PM. THE OWNER KNEW EXACTLY WHO I WAS BEFORE I EVEN SAID ANYTHING ADDRESS INCLUDED. HE SAID DUE TO THE LITTLE SPRINKLE OF SNOW PHILLY HAD THEY WERE BACKED UP AND WOULD ARRIVE AT 2PM. IT'S NOW 2:30PM AND 2 GENTLEMEN COME TO START THE JOB.OK SO NOW THEY ARE HERE GETTING TO WORK TOOK MY OLD DOOR DOWN IT WAS WHITE ALL GLASS FRONT SECURITY STORM DOOR DOWN AND BEGAN PUTTING THE NEW WHITE SECURITY STORM DOOR UP. AS SOON AS THEY HUNG THE DOOR IT WOULDN'T SHUT NOT ONLY THAT THEY REMOVED (2) STOPPERS THAT HOLDS THE GLASS IN PLACE AND THEY DIDN'T INSTALL THE WIND SPRING THAT GOES AT THE TOP OF THE DOOR THAT PREVENT IT FROM SLAMMING THEY SAID IT WON'T FIT AND THAT'S IT. AS THEY CONTINUED TO WORK TOWARDS MAKING SURE THE DOOR CLOSED PROPERLY THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CAULKING FOR THE PERIMETER OF THE DOOR TO PREVENT ANY AIR FROM COMING IN, SO THEY HAD TO GO TO HOME DEPOT TO GET SOME AND THE INSTALLER ALSO SAID HE WILL ETRY AND PICK US UP ANOTHER SPRING FOR THE TOP OF THE DOOR SINCE THE ONE WE ORIGINALLY HAD DIDN'T FIT OR WHATEVER. SO PUT IT LIKE THIS THE DOOR HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED. AND INSTEAD FROM TRYING TO ACCOMADATE US AND MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS SATISFIED THE OWNER SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND IN A VERY NASTY TONE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. AND AFTER I ATTEMPTED TO REACH HIM AFTER THIS HE DIDN'T ANSWER.HE WOULD ONLY ANSWER FOR HIS WORKERS. THE OWNER THEN ORDERED THE WORKERS TO REMOVE THE INSTALLED DOOR AND NOT PUT MY ORIGINAL DOOR BACK UP. SO AT THIS MOMENT I'M VERY UPSET A D TOLD THEM THAT THEY WILL PUT MY ORIGINAL BACK UP AND I JUST WANT A REFUND OF MY DOWN PAYMENT AND I NO LONGER GET WANT THEIR SERVICES. ONE OF THE GENTLEMEN SAID THE OTHER GUY BROKE MY ORIGINAL SECURITYDOOR AFTER LOOKING MY DOOR OVER IT WOULDN'T EVEN CLOSE AND SLANTED AND THE HINGES WERE TOTALLY DAMAGED. THE OWNER TOLD ME I COULDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK THEY TOOK THE NEW DOOR OFF AND MY ORIGINAL DOOR WAS DAMAGED. AFTER THE INSTALLERS LEARNED THIS THE BOTH OF THEM CARRIED THE NEW DOOR AND PLACED IT IN MY LIVING ROOM. THEY ALL BLAMED THE WORKER THAT CAME TO MY HOME BACK IN NOVEMBER FOR THE PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR AND THEY CALLED THE COPS BCUZ THEY STILL WANTED PAYMENT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSATISFIED WITH A SERVICE THAT I USED FOR MY HOME.THE OWNER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL,UNPROFESSIONAL,ARROGANT AND RUDE. BUT HE CALLED THE COPS ON ME "ARE YOU SERIOUS". MY HUSBAND AND I EXPRESSED TO HIM HOW THE DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED AND HIS RESPONSE WAS "YES IT IS". I ASKED HIM TO COME TO MY HOME AND OF COURSE THAT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN.I WILL REPORT THESE SERVICES TO BBB AND TO SOME OTHER NECESSARY CONTACTS.SINCERELY MRS.BROWN
