Previously used McNulty’s for gutter replacement two years ago and am happy with that work.With continued positive online reviews, I called on 11/3 for a repair quote for a ceiling leak. Mr. McNulty came out the next day and said they’d need to take down siding and recreate the leak to locate the problem on the roof and would schedule in two weeks because they were booked. I agreed.Called on 11/12 and 11/16 to see if they found time on their schedule and was told they would probably be able to come out in two weeks. At this point, I’m frustrated they sounded like they didn’t even have record of coming out before, but liked his approach of pinpointing the exact cause even though it would be more expensive so I agreed.Still no follow up so I called back on 12/4 to see when they could come out. Mr. McNulty himself said to call back the following Monday morning and they’d definitely come by. I call on 12/7 and he says to call back earlier the next day because the guys already left for their jobs. I call early on 12/8 and was told they’d be out early afternoon. Not surprisingly, no call, no show.Moving on to another roofing company at this point and hoping for the best. I would much rather be told that the job is too small and possibly get a referral to a colleague of theirs. Just assuming this is the reason since they were out immediately with no follow up needed on the large gutter job where I paid all cash.Reviews are very positive on jobs they complete so quality is probably there, but customer service and integrity matter too. We suffered damage to the facia on our home after the violent storm a few weeks ago. I placed a call to Dennis McNulty and he came right out to assess the damages. He gave me a quote on the spot and told me to let him know if I wanted him to do the repairs. I called and gave him the go ahead and he scheduled me for the next day. Frank and his helper, both hard-working and friendly, worked non-stop to replace the damaged facia.Dennis came to my home the day after the repairs were completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely, we are very satisfied! It is becoming all to rare these days to find a company that goes to such great lengths to satisfy it’s customers. We called McNulty and were told that he was inundated with calls after the last storm. We didn’t expect him to return our call let alone stop by to assess our needs. He is one of a kind! Within a couple days, McNulty himself stopped by. He showed interest in our problems, he investigated our concerns, and summed up what was needed to repair. Within a week a worker, Frank, came out and absolutely repaired and beautified the home. Beyond beautifying the home they added gutter guard and for the first time since I have lived in this home.... 28 years... in our recent storm... I heard water rushing thru the gutters toward the ground! Yes!McNulty had done the roof for us in 2004. The repairs he did recently, he says should give us another 15 years! I believe him. When he comes out... we had other repair people in the interim. McNulty put things right and gave us the “WOW!” factor. Do I recommend McNulty- without hesitation! My house had siding damage from the recent storms. After reaching out to different vendors and getting either brushed off or extremely high quotes, I was happy to have McNulty make the repairs. Their employee was curtious and honest. McNulty made the repairs for a fair price and without trying to rip me off like other vendors. I'm a happy customer and will be giving them my future business for sure.

Do not hire this individual. He replaced the roof in my house he told us that we needed it a new roof when we did not needed to replace it and he cut the top of the roof without our permission, he did not explain nothing, he not even Checked the work when the worker finished it. Now my gutters are leaking water everywhere. They don't work properly. Never again will hire him. Shop around for the best.

Nice guy. But, he hires jackleg people to do the work for him. He originally installed a new roof a few years back, which I found out recently by four other roofers that it was done incorrectly because it started leaking. Called him about the leaks first. But, he was never able to fix it after several attempts, and just stopped returning my calls. Also found out that around the chimney was not done correctly because a roofer took a video and showed me the work.

We live in a row house.It took them a week to do the job did a poor job capping made them re do it they replaced my gutters and supposed to do the wood told my wife it was good the front is all rotten ...sent pics and Videos to no response..I seen there bad reviews and over looked them and wish I didnt..they sent one guy to do the work a younger man to help that just played on his phone entire time..I would not recommend them to anyone whole houses around me were done in 1 day ..mine was a week smhServices: Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof repair
