I contracted Phillips Home Improvement to resurface my flat roof. They applied a GAF rubber roof over the old rubber roof. The job was done in 2 1/2 days by two experienced men. They did the work exactly to specifications, attentive to detail and cleanliness.I was pleased with the finish product and would hire them again. Their bid for the work came in line with other contractors.

Be very careful when buying a home from these people. They are careless and deceitful. I purchased a home from them less than 3 weeks ago and the amount of issues I've had is inexcusable. From my furnace being piped incorrectly, burnt pieces on the water heater, leaking on the bathrooms, flooding in the first floor and basement, etc. I've spent about $10k and haven't been able to enjoy my "new home" not even for a month. They have barely responded to any text messages or calls, from me, my lender nor my real state agent. After a week of constant calls/messages the real state Agent Mike only said "we're waiting for the seller to answer" while I'm on 20 degrees temperatures with no heat, and then a week more later they only messaged to say they will not be covering any of the repairs done to the house. if you want to move into a house that you want to enjoy and not worry about bleeding your pockets as soon as you step in it.. THIS IS NOT THE SELLER YOU WANT.

Recently the guys repaired my deck. I am satisfied with the results. The guys did the job very professionally and were very respectful. They cleaned up very nicely after each day of work. John was very helpful explaining my options beforehand. Marie was awesome with the communication and follow up. Overall a great experience with the company.

These guys use unskilled non English speaking people to do the work. They did a tear off and reinstalled a full roof, it leaked immediately. They’ve been out several times and it still leaks. They don’t return calls. They got close to $20,000 from us now they don’t want to know who we are. Total crooks. Plus they destroyed items in our yard, cracked bathroom tiles nailing in new siding. I'd give zero if it allowed, they were hired to redo my roof and detach my skylight and put new pressure treated wood and then reattach skylight. It has been getting water in since it was done had them come out 3 times after initial work and each time told me they did everything correctly when there was water getting in. Now months later my entire skylight all the wood around it is completely flaking with water damage it is constantly wet. All they did to try and remedy the situation was to put caulk on the outside of the skylight window nothing else. Never had an issue with moisture or water getting in until they redid the skylight, and based on that work I'm horrified at what they did or didn't do to the roof. Their attitude is standoffish and your wrong they are right and if you challenge them on it they throw a hissy fit and walk away. And I see the owner likes to challenge people on these reviews by saying " My company never did work for you" well they did for me and I have the proof so go ahead and try that out. Seriously looking into suing them for the damage they have caused to my home and their complete lack of care or willingness to truly investigate and fix the problem. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.
