This “company” came to my house the guy that was in charge to get the job done of the two Eddie sent was obnoxiously loud in my backyard yelling & cursing at his helper from the second he was trying to get the latter to get to the roof at 7:30am disturbing not only my household family but the neighbours as well, they also made damage in my backyard fence they broke the top of one of my blocks columns while at it, I told him several times to calm down he kept yelling & cursing than he was yelling at me also very unprofessional & disrespectful to me I asked him several times to leave it was enough chaos within minutes he insisted to keep going until I made him leave than I complained to Eddie the company owner twice he ended up hanging the phone on me he didn’t want to hear what happened & ignore to fix the damage they caused in my fence. Terrible experience horrible service !!!

TL, DR: Avoid. They don't finish jobs, break property, they disappear.Update in response to owner: half of total cost was paid at the beginning of work, the other half is to be paid at COMPLETION of work, as stated in the contract we signed with the owner Eddie. Job is yet to be completed (leaks are not solved, and property you broke not replaced as they promised). Eddie, if you decide to call again, please refrain from yelling at us again and using so many F bombs as in the last conversation. We were always civic and respectful. Respect first.We texted, called and emailed Eddie and PPR many times to get these matters discussed directly with him before having to post this, but it's been impossible.They started work in January 18 in our home and still waiting for them to finish (mid April). All started well but, for unknown reasons, Eddie stopped showing up. The job is unfinished and he is not responding to us anymore. We don't know what to do. PPR was hired to fix leaks but they didn't succeed, and they broke several boards of our roof deck when performing work. They promised to replace them but they brought boards of the wrong size, color and texture and never rectified.We've been calling Eddie and the office to get him to fix the leak and broken boards. Eddie ghosted us for 2 months and when we finally got hold of him (once) he said he had forgotten about us. He said he was coming today.We took many days off work (including today, April 11) to be home to adapt to their schedule. Once again, Eddie has not showed up today and we don't know why.His employees told us Eddie takes on more jobs he can do. Check their Better Business Bureau profile, full of unresponded complaints from people in our same situation.Eddie and PPR never provided promised receipts, and never finished the job they were hired for. We are very disappointed. Eddie, you have our phone numbers, feel free to call if you intend to finish the jobs. Thanks.

Everyone was really nice..FYI..I have been calling and texting I need to get my skylight chain fixed you guys did the work but forgot that part of the process so I need someone to get the work done ASPS as you got paid I need my work completed and be satisfied regardless the roof was great..it’s going to be a week now and no one has come by to get it done. It’s a simple thing I’m asking to get the skylight chain thru the second glass

Eddie and his team attempted to fix our roof starting February 4th, 2023. Despite the initial estimate of $20,000, we paid $34,000 in total. This was somewhat expected, as we knew the damage was extensive. However, there was a huge leak the evening of February 12th, after the roof was supposed to have been done, with water going all the way down to the first floor. There was another leak on May 1st, with further damage to the bathroom ceiling. After it was supposed to have been fully fixed, there was yet another leak on June 26th. Due to all of these leaks, we continued to have damage to the ceiling of the bathroom just under the faulty roof repair.Eddie asked to be paid in full before everything was completed. We called the office number and asked for an itemized receipt, which they said they did not have on file. Since July, we made multiple calls and left voicemails and text messages without response. The only time Eddie responded and promised fixing what remains to be done was when legal action was threatened on September 25th, but even that promise fell through when nobody showed up on September 29th. Again, calls and messages went unanswered. The last time we got in touch with Eddie, he sent multiple expletive-laden text messages and refused to finish the work that was needed due to the faulty repair.Multiple elements of this repair have been tremendously frustrating. Had the roofing been done correctly the first time, none of this remaining ceiling repair work would have been needed. Eddie ghosted after getting paid $34,000, and here we are months later with a job undone. I would recommend all homeowners avoid PPR, lest you end up in the same situation we did!Edited 11/28/24 to add that we now have our redone roof coating pooling and bubbling. We have had additional indoor water leaks on our top floor. The entire roof will need to be redone at great cost to us.

Ed was great. I received a roof inspection, and then got a new hot roof with skylight replacement. Scheduling and communication was fast and easy, and Ed and his team were on time for everything. They were also very friendly to both me and the neighbors throughout the process. Highly recommended!We came home from a weekend away to find out that our roof was leaking into our house and soaking the drywall inside. We immediately reached out to the folks at PPR and they came out the next morning to assess our situation. One of the gentlemen climbed up on our roof while the owner stayed down on the ground with me, showing me the camera feed from FaceTime which helped me to understand and visualize the cause of our leak. After identifying the source, we walked through possible options and discussed an immediate plan to get our issue resolved.The crew arrived the next morning and asked questions about where they could setup for the job, being respectful to our property and the neighbors around us. I was curious about the work that was being performed and the crew was helpful explaining the process periodically along the way. We feel confident that our roof will last for many years to come.We would definitely recommend PPR to any of our friends or family in need of roofing work at their property

I came in contact with Eddie as he and his crew were working on my neighbor's house, and he was very helpful and responsive in answering my questions before I even asked him to work on my house. He clearly knew what he was talking about when reviewing everything before the job started, and everything was done exactly as discussed and looks great. His estimate was much more reasonable than a previous one I had gotten from a different company, he communicated updates throughout the process and the PPR crew was professional and worked efficiently. Called Philly's Phinest for an estimate on a new roof and they were there the next morning to check it out. Eddie gave a fair estimate for all the work that we needed done (new roof, chimney repair, new downspout... a lot of work was needed). They were out the next day to do the job. I appreciate how quick they were to respond, because there was a whole lot of rain on the way. They were friendly to my neighbors and they cleaned up before they left for the day. Great work!

Just had our roof resealed, and was very pleased with this service. They provided an estimate on Tuesday, and had guys over the next day to complete the job.Everything was done pretty clean, and I was grateful for the explanation they provided.Communication was okay...I was originally told they would be there Monday between 8 and 10, and was notified around 9:45 that they wouldnt make it. I can give some grace here, I know things change and get busy. The job itself was very prompt.There was also miscommunication in the total work being done...the initial intake confirmed they would manage the mold/lead inside, but only at the point of the estimate did they confirm it is only exterior work.They did however, provide me with some suggestion for handling the internal cosmetics, which I appreciated.I would recommend using them. Eddie and his crew are awesome!! I can't tell you how much we appreciate their work. Eddie was very quick to come over and give me an estimate for a new roof, roof deck, and skylight. Once we decided to move forward the crew was here in no time. Very punctual, friendly, and hard working!! My wife and I also threw in some changes throughout the job and they were able to accommodate all our requests. The deck was put in on the back half of the second floor, but we are definitely having them back to add a pergola and another deck on the top floor.Also, these pictures are from before they put in the black downspout and fascia.

Eddie and his team are the best contracting/roofing team that I have ever worked with in Philadelphia. I have had them replace two roofs and a roof deck. Bought a rehabbed house with a roof that was supposedly 5-8 years old and had repairs done to it. Experienced terrible leaking in my upstairs bathroom wall that dripped down into the kitchen and left ugly water marks on my drywall in both rooms. Had another roofer here to try and fix the problem and nothing they did worked, then months later they told me I needed a new roof. We hired Philly's Phinest Roofing to repair our failing, leaking roof that was caused by poor construction of our new-build home. They repaired the leak promptly and worked around the weather to apply a new silicone roof coating to replace the 2-year old Ultra Flex coating that was rapidly deteriorating. The rooftop deck and balcony, sans leaks and pooling water, look great now, and we're looking forward to using them after the winter.Additionally, we had them replace our siding because the original siding had already fallen off and been replaced in places multiple times, and there were many areas that were buckling, ready to fall off during another heavy storm. The new siding looks great, and appears to be installed much better than the original siding.Lastly, due to further failures by the original builders to complete their permits, we happened to receive violations from L&I (2 years after we bought this house 🙄) while Philly's Phinest Roofing were working on our home, and Eddie immediately took care of everything. He arranged for getting our permits rolled back, inspections, and necessary repairs to meet code. He's been quite helpful and reassuring to my wife and me through every step of the process.The workers were all very kind, and they made sure to address any concerns we had during these projects. I would work with Philly's Phinest Roofing again.
